Lebanese Village – WindsorReally good food and great service from friendly team - thank you
The Crown of Cookham – MaidenheadWe had a lovely meal before our trip to the theatre, so we were early diners and almost has the restaurant to ourselves. The staff were very friendly and helpful and as we hadn't been able to eat all of the meat from our platter -(there really was a lot and beautifully cooked!) a bag was prepared for us which we could collect after the show. Service indeed. We will return.
Lebanese Village – WindsorHad a lovely Beef and Guinness Pie ! Sadly a limited range of real ale. Place was nearly empty as well… maybe because of summer holidays ?! Otherwise ok
The Crown of Cookham – MaidenheadThe place seemed very quiet and empty at breakfast yesterday. There was only one server - fair enough but we had to call on him many times for forgotten items. The coffee was awful. My flat white was more of an Americano. My friend ordered the eggs Benedict without the muffins and toast on the side. Got the toast on the side and the muffins! To finish the toast she asked for Marmalade this eventually arrived in two plastic sachets but with no knife or no clean plate. Again we had to request these. My smoked salmon and scrambled eggs was very nice. I think £20 a head including the tip was a bit on the high side. Another point - ditch the fake flowers and plastic plants. You pitch your restaurant quite high - leave the plastic to cheaper establishments
The Crown of Cookham – MaidenheadThe evening was very well received by our team of 14 and the service was excellent. The choice of food surprised most of us, with a mix of Mediterranean and Arabic foods on the menu. The surroundings were very innkeeping with the restaurant theme and completed the night.
Lebanese Village – WindsorWe love the Crown - great menu, delicious food and friendly service.
The Crown of Cookham – MaidenheadGreat experience, very welcoming, food was excellent quality, loverly flavours and very well cooked, large portions even by my standard. Service was great and helpful. Enjoyed it so much we returned the following day with family. Highly recommend.
The Crown of Cookham – MaidenheadNice restful lunch with old friends. Sat by the open patio doors so we’re pleased to be out of the heat but still get the fresh air. We all ordered the salads which were large and very inventive and tasty. Very good service from young servers. They even managed a perfect Flat White coffee despite saying it’s just a latte which it definitely isn’t. The prices are on the higher side of pub lunches but I will definitely be going back.
The Crown of Cookham – MaidenheadSaturday 15th June 2024 (party of 12): We had the pleasure of dining at Lebanese Nights and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The warm and inviting ambiance created a perfect atmosphere for a special birthday celebration. The food was simply divine. Most of us opted for the grilled prawns, the flavours were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. The menu offered a tempting selection of dishes with something to satisfy every palate. Lebanese Nights is a true gem. I cannot recommend it highly enough, if you looking for a delicious meal and a wonderful ambiance, this is the place to go.
Lebanese Village – WindsorWent for a Family Breakfast on Father's day and it did not disappoint. Staff was very busy and still managed to be incredibly friendly and helpful! The breakfast was fantastic - something for everyone for sure, but the quality of the food was what so many places have begun lacking. Amazing local sausages and bacon, tomato and mushroom of great quality and cooked to perfection...and eggs cooked perfectly! Even the toast was worth raving about. Definitely the best breakfast out we have had in a very long time. Kids had the adult pancakes- proper big adult portion and delicious!! Best of all, prices were reasonable- definitely value. Will be back! (Oh, coffee was also good!)
The Crown of Cookham – MaidenheadGood food .
Lebanese Village – WindsorLovely breakfast, great service, well presented food and very good value
The Crown of Cookham – MaidenheadWe were staying at Moor Hall near by but because there was a wedding taking place, there was no restaurant so decided to walk to the local pub The Crown and we weren't disappointed. The staff, the food and the whole place was excellent would recommend to anybody staying or passing by, thanks again The Crown.
The Crown of Cookham – MaidenheadExcellent night out!! A group of 10 went out to celebrate my wife's birthday recently and I was pleased to say that we had a wonderful time. The service was great, the food portions were very generous for what we paid. There was a worry that the atmosphere would have been very overwhelming seeing that it was a Saturday night but to our surprise the restaurant was nearly empty!! Therefore, we didn't have to wait long for our food even though there were 10 of us. You will definitely see us again soon.
