We had a lovely time here, the cafe was cool in the heat of summer, the coffee full of flavour, and the mezze had a beautifully balanced flavour with no single ingredient too competitive at the expense of others.

My sister and I enjoyed a delicious brunch at Olive Kitchen whilst on a long weekend visit to Somerset. Top quality ingredients of locally sourced produce stunningly presented. The coffee was great too. Thank you to the staff - super friendly and helpful.

From the moment we walked in the staff made me and my wife very welcome. Where we sat was very clean and presented well. The staff that took care of us were amazing, super friendly and couldn't do enough to be of help. The food came out quick, was fantastic well cooked and presented, again the staff came over to make sure we were ok and the mea was good. I would highly recommend coming to eat and we will be coming back.

We visited "Union Street Brasserie" on Sunday and had a wonderful experience. We met Iryna today, and she was absolutely fantastic. Her service was friendly, attentive and professional, and she made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Iryna is a real asset to the restaurant — excellent service and a lovely attitude. Lovely setting, atmosphere and food. Staff were very friendly. Were able to accommodate me last minute due to my error. We weren't disappointed food was really tasty.

Another visit, another fabulous customer service experience, looking after both humans and dogs (and we were all amazed at the age of the dachshund!) - such friendly and accommodating staff - I always have a lovely time with friends and having the extra excellent service makes even more special. Thank you to all - you are very much appreciated. Sorry, forgot to say - and the food was really good too.

We had a very enjoyable meal. There is nowhere quite like Olive except the Old Dairy and Perry's. Please keep doing the Mezzes too.

As on previous visits the food was superb, beautifully presented, wonderful and imaginative flavours, the starter & main course was as always precisely judged as to flavour & visual effect but the sweet which followed, pear tart with blackcurrant sorbet and a maple, thyme & berry sauce lifted the whole meal into a totally higher realm. Praise to the staff also, helpful , pleasant & attentive at all times.

This was our first time taking Saturday breakfast at the Olive. Usually we stop by for coffee and cake. It was quite busy but our reserved table was ready for us on arrival. The service was both polite and efficient. Unlike the neighbouring table, we found the food to be of good quality, well cooked and beautifully presented. Absolutely no negatives. With ample parking, it is worthy of a visit.

We had a wonderful Sunday Roast at "Union Street Brasserie" in Yeovil. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a relaxing Sunday lunch. A special thank you to Iryna for her outstanding service. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. Iryna made sure everything was perfect and checked on us regularly without being intrusive. Her excellent customer service made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend "Union Street Brasserie" to anyone looking for a fantastic Sunday Roast and exceptional service. We will certainly be back.

Lovely welcoming atmosphere and very good service. Attractive menu and stunning presentation of food, but portion size inadequate, particularly for the set two - course lunch chicken salad. Necessary to order extras.

A pleasant venue and excellent service at sensible prices. We were there for lunch and the two-course special menu was very good value. The food was delicious. Only one caveat - one of our party is diabetic and needed some bread with her meal. We were warned that there would be an extra charge but £2.40 for four small slices did seem a lot.

I hadn't been to Union Street Brasserie for quite a while, but I popped in for a coffee yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. The place feels different, and I noticed there's a new member of staff who was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, genuinely friendly, always smiling, and incredibly attentive. She checked in to make sure everything was okay without being over the top, and she made me feel really welcome. It's rare to come across service like that these days, and it really made my visit enjoyable. Great coffee, a relaxed atmosphere, and exceptional customer service. I'll definitely be back.

The service was friendly and quick; the food was delicious and very hot. The dauphinoise potatoes were incredible and I highly recommend people choose their main meal around having that as a side. I would definitely come back next time I'm in Wells.

What a lovely weekend lunch we had at the Olive. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the atmosphere is so relaxed, with a lovely, peaceful setting, and friendly staff. We will definitely return!
