We thoroughly enjoyed an evening meal at Goodfellows. My husband had the tasting nenu and accompanying wines and I ordered the scallops. It was probably one of the best meals we've enjoyed, served with knowledge of the food and wines. If we lived closer, we would be back in an instant. Thank you!

Olive Kitchen and Bar – YeovilWe were four seniors with two young dogs, having a family get-together on a Wednesday lunchtime . We had booked a table inside, and the dogs were welcome there, but we decided to eat in the 'hut' in the garden. The staff were very helpful and provided a pretty quick service. We all enjoyed tasty food from a good choice on the menu. We went inside afterwards, and found a pleasant, calm atmosphere in which to enjoy our coffee.
The Masons Arms – YeovilI had a lovely stay and meal at the Masons Arms this week. The food and service were excellent and I was made to feel very welcome by Rose and the team. I was a little late for the meal (due to over running work), but that was not a problem.

The lunch set menu is delightful, cooked & served by people who understand what great food & service looks like. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal (as always) and my Aunt who dined there for the first time said it was the best meal she'd ever had! Lovely people, lovely setting. We just wished we lived closer, we'd go there all the time. Thank you to everyone for making my aunt's birthday one to remember.

The food was very good and the staff were excellent, particularly Mary who was assigned to our table. I had some fussy people with me and they left very happy with their evening, and it was in no small part due to Mary's patience and people skills. What a pity that I was just visiting the area and the Olive Tree is so far from my home.
