La Pergola – CambridgeWe booked for an early supper at this lovely restaurant and, having not been some time, it did not disappoint. Lively, buzzy atmosphere, with delicious food and good food - all in all, a lovely evening.
La Pergola – CambridgeSecond time there fantastic food probably the best Italian we have ever had! Whatever the special ravioli was I almost had a foodgasm!
La Pergola – CambridgeLovely meal with very friendly service!
La Pergola – CambridgeVery popular lovely Italian restaurant. Excellent food and service at a reasonable price. The atmosphere was great, very busy but enjoyable
La Pergola – CambridgeLove this traditional Italian restaurant! Food is amazing reminds me of food my Italian mum use to cook. Love the atmosphere and the people, always busy which shows it’s a well loved restaurant with good food. We have eaten here many times and have always recommended it to other friends.
La Pergola – CambridgePassed the place many times but never had a meal there until yesterday when we went for lunch to celebrate the my wife's birthday. Glad we did. The ambiance you would want in a restaurant run by an Italian family was what you got. Couple that with delicious food and you are bound to be happy.
La Pergola – CambridgeExcellent. Busy noisy & nice atmosphere . Child friendly with enclosed outside play area.
La Pergola – CambridgeDelicious food, super service, bustling atmosphere and very reasonable prices. Wonderful family feel @ La Pergola. What’s not to love?
La Pergola – CambridgeLovely atmosphere…Amazing food and best service in town! Highly recommended!
La Pergola – CambridgeFood was great & enjoyed by all in our party. Was very busy & nearly every table taken which is surely a good sign. Interesting that quite a few Italian people were there so again gives a good indication on quality of the Italian food. Our only negative is that the service was slow although accept they were busy. Took a while to get menu's when other tables that came in after us got their's before us. Then took a long time to get the bill. I asked for it but I had to ask 15 minutes later for it again. Understand may like to give time and not to rush tables but once asked for the bill don't expect to have to chase for it.
La Pergola – CambridgeGet your act together with the pub. They called at 7.20pm last night to say they had just seen that we had booked for 7.30pm, but that the pub is closed. Fortunately we had cancelled because of an emergency with a dog, but they did not know that and we live 30 mins away. Not sure yet if we can go there as there is obviously a problem and they didn’t elaborate but did apologise
King William IV – RoystonA beautiful pub but let down badly by the menu on Mothers Day. Only 4 choices of mains - not the menu advertised on their website. Felt like I'd let my mum down a bit. The staff tried their hardest but it wasn't a great experience to be honest. Hope it improves, but I won't be going back for food.
King William IV – RoystonSadly no chef was available so my reservation was cancelled before we got there. Hopefully next time
King William IV – RoystonA beautiful historic pub with a welcoming atmosphere. The food was well cooked and well presented. We will definitely be returning in the near future.
King William IV – RoystonWe have been trying many different pubs in the area for a Sunday lunch and this is the place we always come back to as it always provides the best and most consistent food. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive and the pub itself has that perfect atmosphere you would hope from an English village pub.
King William IV – RoystonMe and my wife had a wonderful belated Valentines lunch. Service and food was excellent. Can't wait for Sunday week to go back and try there Sunday lunch.
King William IV – RoystonPub has a nice feel. Having board games to play was great for the children. Staff were attentive checking on whether we need more drinks and so on. The food was a mix of yummy and disappointing. Pies were delicious-one of the best I have eaten. I was however waiting for my seasonal veg ( had assumed it would come in dishes) which turned out to be the strange mix of very pale cabbage and carrot on the plate with chips. Steak came with 2 grey new potatoes and a few green beans and was quite expensive for what was there. Fish and chips -no peas -no greens and my husband had 14 chips. The food that was presented tasted nice enough however much improvement could have been made. We did have a lovely evening though -I am not dwelling on the value
