Beautiful location with a stunning garden. Lovey interior bar area and restaurant. Wide choice on the menu, all of which sounded delicious. The quality of the food was excellent and presented beautifully. A little on the expensive side but worth the extra money. Service wasn’t top notch restaurant standard but acceptable. Great selection of drinks. Well worth a visit.

Menu is perfectly balanced lots to choose from as always service is first class but what the new owners have done (a lot of hard work and financial commitment) is fabulous for Keyston and we can’t wait to return again and again - rain or shine or indeed snow of tropics !

Just a couple of ideas .:- The starter could have been hotter ( black pudding ) and the egg should be runny ,not hard . The cheese board was ok but just lacked imagination . However ,overall ,as always a very pleasant dining experience .

We were regulars under the previous management, and are delighted with the reopening and new crew. This has always been one of the few places I find everything on the menu interesting and appealing, and the wines interesting and well matched.
