We will definitely be returning. The beef tacos were delicious and the chilli hot dog from the specials menu was one to remember. Excellent service in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere. I will be trying a cocktail next time too!

The steak is to die for in this lovely restaurant in Cardigan. Whenever we visit Cardigan, we always make sure to have a meal at the Copper Pot. The staff is always friendly and so helpful and best of all, my dog can sit with us to enjoy a lovely meal.

Booked a Sunday lunch but found out when we arrived they no longer do roast dinners, however the lunch we had was amazing. Good menu and excellent service (thank you Kat and Ebony). Would love to go again when we are next in this area.

Glad to have dined one evening at the Copper Pot during a short stay in Cardigan. A great little place with a nice atmosphere, friendly staff and enjoyably good food. Interesting varied menu. An asset for Cardigan!

I work down in Pembrokeshire periodically and stay in Cardigan. This is the second meal at The Copper Pot. Nice building and ambience with high quality food. I will definitely be back.

(Mid-July 2024 - Lunch) Booked a table at the Copper Pot for a family of 4 while in Cardigan and was very pleasantly surprised by the food and atmosphere. The setting is rather intimate & comfortable, staff members are great hosts (very friendly & helpful), food is tasty and rich in flavour. We had the Southern Fried Chicken Tenders, Cheese & Garlic Ciabatta, Dark Chocolate Torte, and Filthy Fries (which are not even on the menu anymore, but the guys were lovely and said they could do it if we wanted to try them). For every item on the menu that we weren't sure about, they patiently provided information to help us decide whether to go for it or not. Lovely experience overall & Would definitely come again!

Return visit to this great restaurant. Small menu means it's all cooked there and to order. We had nachos to share which were devious. We then had two steaks - superb quality and cooking. Great staff and a lovely meal. Recommend booking as it is very popular.

Warm welcome,excellent tasty food,good sized portions and excellent cheerful service to match.Prawn starter and Pakora starter were thoroughly enjoyed..and mains of ribeye steak,salmon and smashed beef burger were all very tasty!Highly recommend The Copper Pot. Diolch yn fawr iawn.

We came as a party of 5. A truly lovely place. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food itself was beautiful. Super impressed with every meal. Highly recommend the mixed grill and the beef brisket tacos. Will be coming back !

Atmosphere and service were absolutely great. We had the Copper Pot Mixed grill to share and a side of cheesy garlic bread. The food was unbelievable. The ribs and chicken strips were 10/10.

Gorgeous food. The rib eye steak was beautifully cooked , a real treat. If you enjoy a burger…try the Copper Pot. Best ever! Lovely setting and friendly , attentive staff. Highly recommend.
