Always my favourite Italian .. great food and lovely staff

On a stopover in Carlisle we looked up “Places to eat near me” on google and found this fantastic restaurant near to where we staying. We couldn’t have found anywhere better. The service was excellent and the food was great. We had a margarita pizza and beef lasagna washed down with a lovely bottle of wine.

Customer service was 5*, even when the dessert came out and they didn’t have a specific ice cream our needs were still met and the food was exceptional. Definitely will return

My husband and I had a delicious meal here on the 14th as usual the meal wine and service was outstanding always served with a smile my favourite place to eat so inexpensive and the bottle of red goes down a treat thanks to all the hard working kitchen staff you all do a fantastic job never once had to complain and your sweets are to die for

Brilliant meal. Well served and organised. We made a pre order as there was 12 of us and every meal was correct and gorgeous!!

4 of us staying in Carlisle had dinner here everyone enjoyed it. Spaghetti Bolognese, Pizza , Chicken Diavolo and Tornadoes Rossini. Restaurant was full but service was quick and friendly, nice atmosphere and an excellent bottle opener f Malbec Highly recommend

This is our third visit never disappoint very friendly pub great customer service always a warm welcome food really nice I had good old gammon and chips all homemade mam had the crispy beef which she said was very tasty and beef tender and partner had the mince pie which was homemade he cleared his plate so it must have been good I was the only one to have pud sticky toffee yum yum potion were off good size and value worth a visit we will be back

Yet another amazing meal at the best restaurant in Carlisle

Our second visit to Sage and Vine and it was every bit as enjoyable as the first. A great welcome straight; away, lovely atmosphere, great quality food and enough to keep us veggies happy! We shared a beautiful spiced apple cake and ice cream after our fantastic pizza and sharing plates, which was so rich and tasty and finished off with probably the best cappuccinos we've ever had. Looking forward to the next visit.

All I can say is excellent service and excellent food. I have been here a few times and it is always amazing.
