I took some service users with me they really enjoyed it staff were friendly and understanding when i asked if one of them could wear his vest they all enjoyed the food some even tried new food

The food was lovely but what ruined our evening was we was all squished in a booth, 6 of us and was put next to the toilet, which absolutely stunning. It put us of our food, which at £150 is a lot of money to waste. We raised the issue and they just went and sprayed which made it worse!! This is the second time we have been and both times have been awful.

Went to spoons Chatham yesterday. This is a birthday treat for my granddaughter, she gets to pick where to go. For the last couple of years she chooses spoons! With the value for money I would give a 5 for the adults, but how you charge an adult price for a 10yr old because of there height is beyond me. My granddaughter isn't a big eater, but just eats a small amount. Next year she may be disappointed if her height takes her in to an adult price for the meal. Maybe you can consider by age rather than height!

First time I went after Pandemic As expected . May be more home made deserts less frozen ones. Food was freshly cooked

The staff are very friendly and service clearing tables is excellent. The range of food is good, the only downfall is that food is not very hot so quickly goes cold making it less enjoyable. Also unless you have a big appetite at £22 is quite expensive

Food was great. Reasonable price for all the family! The girl on the till at front of house when we arrived was the only thing to let it down. She was rude and had attitude with us the minute we walked up to the counter. We arrived at 5pm.

Hi this was a terrible experience , we were sat at a table right next to the toilets that really smelled bad of sewage , could not enjoy our food because of this , the smell was awful every time someone opend and closed the entrance to the toilet ! this was for a special occasion my sons birthday totally disappointed!

Went for opening on Saturday food was all Gresham hot .went to the counter ordered scallops .squid. Prawns and land chips cooked iin garlic .also had my apple crumble and cursed for afters was lovely as well . All food 5 stars today

There were plenty of varieties to choose from on Sunday 19/4/26, which was a positive. However, the overall experience was let down by the service. The staff made us feel uneasy and rushed , they were already taking plates away while we were still finishing, even hovering as we tried to eat the last bites. Given how much we paid for a family meal, we expected to be able to enjoy our food in a relaxed atmosphere, not feel pressured to hurry. That said, my children did mention that the food itself was reasonably well-seasoned this time, which was an improvement.

This is so bad. They could have killed someone! I recently went to Spoons world buffet for the first time with my family and I was very disappointed. The food was cold and didn’t taste very nice. Mum had some meat and it was really chewy. Some of the food didn’t have labels so we didn’t know what it was. The “coke” was the cheap, crappy stuff that tasted so bad we couldn’t finish our drinks. The desserts were ridiculously tiny. My chair was all sticky. I had to clean it with wet wipes before I could sit down. The tables were really sticky too. Also I think it’s really bad that they chuck you out after an hour and a half even if the restaurants half empty and there’s no one waiting for your seat. I definitely won’t be going there again.

We went on Sunday to treat our children. The whole place just stunk of fish which is not good for someone who hates fish. The meal Itself was okay but my daughter went to get herself some pudding and dropped something on the floor. She was then shouted at and told off by a member of staff. She came back to our table absolutely sobbing. I tried to talk to the manager but they were unavailable. The person I did talk to was smiling and smirking to me while I was trying to complain about the way my daughter has been treated. I will not go again.

Excellent service.. nothing to complain. It’s my usual favorite place that I come with my family every month. Thank you for your service!

Visited for my birthday with three other people. Not a great experience. Staff not overly friendly or helpful. Although table was booked we had to wait. Sat at a table which we shared with a mop and bucket and next to a table used to keep staff belonging. Food was of a ok quality and rather tasteless, we were rushed and reminded at the hour point and o0 minute point that our time was over and to finish up.

We arrived on the 19th half an hour late because of traffic .they had kept our reservation open .there was 7 of us .2 teenagers with asc .the food was lovely .we also had steak .lamb chops and scallops cooked fresh .all done just right . There is always something for everyone to eat .esp the picky 1s. Was lovely .and will defo will be back soon.

Come your restaurant after trying to book for a few weeks. We were quite disappointed food was bland the chocolate fountain was very watery prawn crackers were stale soup was tasteless. Staff were good. Won't rush to come back.

Restaurant is big and busy. Generally clean and tidy. Grest selection of food. Some food may be a bit overcooked but this is maybe due to being constantly on warm surface. Everyone will find something to eat. Service is poor. Staff often ignore questions or walk away. Busy but that is not acceptable to be rude. Everyone working hard as is busy place but more kindness and smile will help to improve thus place. Toilets could be more clean. From scale 1 to 10 i give 6. Definitely Staff need to improve they approach and manner.
