Visited for my birthday with three other people. Not a great experience. Staff not overly friendly or helpful. Although table was booked we had to wait. Sat at a table which we shared with a mop and bucket and next to a table used to keep staff belonging. Food was of a ok quality and rather tasteless, we were rushed and reminded at the hour point and o0 minute point that our time was over and to finish up.

First time at the restaurant. I thought it was great. Something fr everyone

We arrived on the 19th half an hour late because of traffic .they had kept our reservation open .there was 7 of us .2 teenagers with asc .the food was lovely .we also had steak .lamb chops and scallops cooked fresh .all done just right . There is always something for everyone to eat .esp the picky 1s. Was lovely .and will defo will be back soon.

Come your restaurant after trying to book for a few weeks. We were quite disappointed food was bland the chocolate fountain was very watery prawn crackers were stale soup was tasteless. Staff were good. Won't rush to come back.

Restaurant is big and busy. Generally clean and tidy. Grest selection of food. Some food may be a bit overcooked but this is maybe due to being constantly on warm surface. Everyone will find something to eat. Service is poor. Staff often ignore questions or walk away. Busy but that is not acceptable to be rude. Everyone working hard as is busy place but more kindness and smile will help to improve thus place. Toilets could be more clean. From scale 1 to 10 i give 6. Definitely Staff need to improve they approach and manner.

Nice restaurant Good food, massive selection Think price should also included drinks as they were on the pricey side. Staff constantly cleaning and bringing out fresh food. Bit dark inside but overall would recommend.

Went for a family meal last night and thought it was quite expensive for what we ate and drinks wise the chicken was under cooked told management but nothing was done accept was told. they would tell them to re cook it staff was walking round taking the plates from the table before we had finished and wiping tables down also found it very cramped

My family came to have our Easter lunch, this will be our second time at Spoons. My children especially loved the varieties of meals even though one of them wanted the Nigerian Jollof rice. (smile). I and my husband would have loved to have fish, salad, coleslaw and more vegetables, red kidney beans. We had to make do with the brocolli and mushroom. In all, we all had fun, took pictures, no allergies and they cant wait to come back!.

Food was ok, not the warmest but plenty of selection of chicken in multitude of flavours. Could do with more salad/veg and fish.

Booked a table for 6pm for me my partner and our three children we didn't even get to have a meal there as the queue was massive they wouldn't let anyone in even though we had booked in advance!!

Food was okay, great choice of different foods. Cant really say much about the staff as its help ya self. What i will say though is that 90 minutes isn't that long when your meeting with friends for food and a chat. The staff remind you while your eating that you only have so long left, we didnt get time to finish our dessert or drinks as we was told that our time was up and they where shutting that section. I could understand if they where really busy but they weren't. I think it would be better if they gave you 2 hours but thats my opinion.

Great experience. Food was fresh and hot plenty to choose from. Best part free refills. The puddings were lovely too. It was everything we loved to eat all in 1 place. Definitely recommend and will be going back.
