Best Chinese restaurant around. Food excellent service fantastic.

Friends and I visited the other week, and on the basis of one of the recommendations above we tried the Spicy Vegetable Triangles - and they are absolute delicious! I order egg-free Egg Fried Rice - yes, honestly, and the Manager came to check that it wasn't due to an allergy. It isn't, I just hate eggs. Now I call that service :) The rices arrived in covered china pots, the food on hot plates, and we were given little bowls to transfer the food into. My friend's meal came in a hard noodle bowl. So clever! We all enjoyed our meal - and the continued top ups of coffee, proving it is the little things that matter. The main dining room is lovey, as are the three other little spaces which I discovered on my way to the toilet. If you are looking for an intimate party for 6-8 then there is an area just for that. A lovely restaurant with attentive staff. Very impressed.

One of the best Chinese restaurants i have ever been too, Henry and staff are always very helpful and welcoming and to help host a charity night is great what better way to give something back to the community... looking forward to many more fantastic nights out. Have recommended to many friends already xx

WE WENT TO THE CHARITY EVENING FOR PAULS PLACE, IT WAS A FANTASTIC NIGHT. ALL THE STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING. THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. WHAT SPECIAL PEOPLE TO DO ALL THIS FOR CHARITY THAT SHOWS THEY ARE ALL EXTRA SPECIAL. THANKS EVERYONE FOR A GREAT NIGHT

The charity evening held at the restaurant last night was absolutely fantastic. Good food,good service, good music and good company, what more could you ask for? The evening was a huge success and raised almost £1000 for Pauls Place, looking forward to many more events at Henrys Oriental x

Both myself and my husband eat out quite often,we were very taken back by the excellent welcome we received by Henry the Manager,nothing was to much of a problem for any of the staff.The Restaurant was very warm and welcoming although the lighting was a bit bright for a cosy romantic night,having eaten there on valentines night the fixed price menu with a free bottle of wine went down a treat with a balloon,Chocolates and rose for the lady,and of course a kiss from the waiter (Frankie) we were very impressed.The food was nicely presented and all three courses cooked to perfection,compliments to the chefs (Sung) and May.

At last a REAL Chinese restaurant in Chipping Sodbury. I was disgusted with the local takeaways in this area for years, so thank you Henry for a great meal and a fantastic evening of real authentic Chinese food and hospitality. We will be back again and again.

I have eaten in many restaurants around the world only to find that one of the finest Chinese restaurants was on my door step. The food is of excellent quality with one of the best selections I have seen. Henry (the manager) and his staff will give you a warm welcome and make you feel at home. If you love good food you will love Henry’s.

EXCELENT FOOD GREAT SERVICE BUFFET AND THAI DANCING ON 2ND WEDNESDAY OF MONTH WELL RECOMENDED

We had Sunday dinner here on the 17/2/08 and it was fantastic we had 2 courses for 10.95 and the roast beef with home made Yorkshire pudding was perfect and my wife had roast pork with crackling all the food was fresh and tasted wonderful, We both had Apricot and Brioche bread and butter pudding. We have now booked for mothers day what a gem of a place good food at good prices

I have been three times now and the food is fantastic and Kamz, who's a waiter there is the best waiter that i have meet and if at any point he left, it would be a great lose to the business. I would recommend that you should all go and try it out and you won't be disappointed.

If you want value for money The Lawns is the place to go. A carvery Mon-Sat is £4:49 and drinks are beer under £2:50 and a bottle of Harveys Shiraz £5:99. The Lawns is a really clean friendly pub-restaurant which i am sure my wife and I will return to many times.

A Very Roomy Restaurant With Great Service. Slightly Over Priced, But worth It. My Rating, 9/10.I Am Only 11 Years Old and haven't been to many Indian restaurants yet, but I recommend this one.

My family eat here quite regular, they are happy to adjust the menu slightly (peas instead of beans for kids). Try 2 eggs Wiltshire ham and chips, simple food at reasonable prices and they will go out of their way to make the customer happy. My wife would recommend the roast, or the curry.

We visited The Dog Inn on a busy bank holiday weekend, although we had to wait almost an hour for our meals(we were expecting this as the pub was so full)when it arrived it was delicious, the best thing was the atmosphere, all the staff we came across were pleasant and the barstaff were always smiling. Be back there in a flash.
