Fantastic staff , brilliant food , my favourite place to eat.

Me and my partner visited for the first time yesterday for Sunday lunch. It was absolutely lovely. We both had a really good time highly recommend them and we will definitely be visiting again.

Excellent meal and service as ever. Leaking gents toilet could do with sorting out for what is otherwise a great venue.

We’ve been going for many years. We love the food here. A little disappointed at the price of children’s meals going up so much, but apart from that, very good.

We were very disappointed with the service. We asked 4 different people to take our order, after being sat down for 35 mins. Finally someone came to rake our order. They forgot to bring a drink and got the food order wrong. The food was just 'ok'. Don't think we will be visiting there again.

Food is delicious, always hot and freshly cooked to your liking. The steak night menu is amazing value for money, i had the rump steak and it was cooked to perfection. The service is always excellent and the staff are very friendly, the owner always makes time to have a chat which is nice. We have been going to the Cosmopolitan for over ten years now and have always found the food and service to be consistantly of a very high standard. Highly recommended!

Great atmosphere Friendly and helpful staff Food is devine

We received a warm welcome on what was a cold and wet Thursday evening. The sirloin steaks that we ordered were cooked to perfection and we couldn't fault the home made chips and crunchy onion rings. We didnt finish the bottle of wine so we took it home...very nice it was too. Will certainly be returning.

We were slightly disappointed, surprisingly, with our experience at Verdes this time. We come often enough with it being great food consistently and nice and local, so we thought we’d bring a friend along who had never been before. We had to wait over half an hour to give our food order; it felt like we’d been a little ‘forgotten about’ in the corner. The food was excellent as always and the atmosphere was great. The only other down side on this occasion was that one of the waitresses, who said she came from ‘the other restaurant’ clearly did not want to be there on shift that evening. She couldn’t slam plates down hard and quick enough and collected them in the same manner, making a lot of noise and rolling her eyes when we asked if she felt it was busy that evening. When paying for food (especially Saturday night prices), you do expect a friendly and positive service - this was the first time we hadn’t felt that at Verdes and it was just a shame.

Absolutely fabulous food took advantagebofbthe Saturdayearly bird offer so the bill was reasonable,very attentive staff ,great atmosphere, best tomato garlic bread ever.it was my grandaughters 3rd birthday and they made a fuss of her even putting a candle in her ice cream.will defo be back

I visit quite frequently with my son on a Sunday lunchtime. It's always been excellent food and service. I've never had a bad meal yet and you never leave hungry.

Good food, nice setting and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Will definitely return
