Food was outstanding. Restaurant was busy so always book in advance. It was a very hot day and they had all the windows and doors open it was really nice. My only criticism is that I was sat down all of 4 minutes and three servers asked me for my order. I felt a little rushed

Always very friendly, cheerful and good atmosphere. I'm gluten free and their pizzas and garlic breads are delicious, great to have proper handmade gluten free pizza base instead of the horrible bought in ones some pizza places serve. Great value as well. It's our go to restaurant for all our family celebrations.

Lovely afternoon for our daughters 18th bottomless brunch. Excellent service from all the staff and lovely cocktails. Will definitely return enjoyed by everyone. The young lads serving definitely made the day they are so nicèeeeeee xx

Excellent food good service

Three of us had the set lunch £14.95 menu. It was good value for money. The food was tasty and the service excellent. It's a very nice modern restaurant with a nice outlook over a large pond.

Excellent food at great value prices

Delicious pizza, great thin base with crispy crust. Will definitely return. Went on a Tuesday for thr deal offer. Great value.

Food was excellent as always but a very long wait. There was a large party also in the restaurant so did expect some delay, but would have preferred to have been informed rather than having to ask where our order was. We also waited a long time for our drinks and only received them when a second waitress came for a drinks order some time later. Our table jutted out into the walkway so had to sit with chair tucked right in to enable staff to pass to other tables. One waiter bashed my chair hard with another chair that he was moving but didnt even look, never mind apologise. Food perfect but service was really disappointing.

Twenty odd years ago I gave up on PL . . . after an awful experience which I chose to write to the owners about . . . they didn't respond. So I crossed them off our 'go-to' dining opportunities. Two months ago good friends suggested we went for lunch at PL, slightly apprehensive I agreed . . . well, it was a different place, the food was amazing, the attention to use first class. When our local was closed on a specific birthday we decided to take friends to PL in the evening - we weren't disappointed, just like our recent visit - brilliant. I'd recommend a return.

The food that we chose was very well presented and delicious....the service was very good and there wasn't long waits between meals!! The whole of the restaurant had a nice relaxed feel to it and we would recommend eating here to all!!

Wonderful meal enjoyed by all as usual. Fabulous staff and welcoming as usual. Even my two youngest were delighted with their meal. Andost importantly, my dad had a lovely time and we went for fathers day

At first the service was excellent but then had to wait 20 minutes for the sweet menu and then a further 30 minutes to let them know what we wanted. Gave up in the end and asked for the bill. They were very busy though!! Chicken was chewy.

Excellent place !! Superb food and great value for money !! The staff were absolutely amazing the two youngsters working on Father’s Day were happy smilie and sooo polite it was extremely refreshing to see to be quite honest!!! My dad had a wonderful day and I can’t thank you guys enough
