Always enjoy our meals at Papa Luigis. Lovely food and excellent service.

The pizzas are delicious and authentic. The ingredients were so fresh and tasty, we will definitely be back. The service couldn't have been better either. We went on a Tuesday - all pizzas were £7!!

First visit to Verdes as newly moved to the area. Thoroughly enjoyable meal. Well cooked, nicely presented and tasty. Pleasant staff. Nicely busy.

I have never had such an experience. It was an absolute farce. We had booked for afternoon tea. Arrived and sat down. My wife asked for coffee but was told she could not have it because it was not on the menu. I showed the waiter the website which said unlimited tea or coffee. He said it’s not on the printed menu so we could not have it. I asked to speak to the manager the waiter said he was the manager. But could not make that decision. It was so ludicrous we decided to leave. The waiter then proceeded to follow us out to the car saying we could email or talk to I think he said Louise or Lizzie. To be honest by this time I was so annoyed by the hole situation I wasn’t listening and got in the car. He carried on talking to my wife saying he would get in trouble if he had given her coffee. I have had too many afternoon teas to count but this one I didn’t have will be the most memorable for all the wrong reasons. I would advise anyone thinking of frequenting you establishment NOT to.

Amazing food, friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. Lots of choice for vegans which we aren't used to- will definitely revisit to try all of the options.

I came here for the first time on a Saturday lunch date with my friend and we loved it! Gorgeous views, chilled vibes, great fresh food (I’m not vegan and I really enjoyed it!) and friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

We booked a table on line , received confirmation of our time , got a reminder and even got another e mail on the day Yet when we arrived the restaurant had no details of our booking !!! We therefore had to wait for a table and then 3 of us were crammed onto a 2 person table because that was all they had available The food was fine , although service was a bit slow, but the booing issue really spoiled the occasion

Lovely food, lovely staff, lovely atmosphere, waited to order a whole. Ordered more drinks and gave up due to the wait and cancelled them. Lovely restaurant though

Didn't have my booking despite me having recieved a emeial confirmation, stuck us in the corner. Staff then proceeded to rearrange te tables near us for a large booking which was very noisy and disruptive. With tables so close together we couldn't get out quick enough before a large party decended on us. Food wasn't at the standard I'd expect for the price compared so similar priced restaurants . Our 1st visit but we won't be going back.

Met by friendly waiter. Lovely decor in restaurant. Served quickly, waiter bit miserable and stern. Food excellent, with great choice. Excellent value for money. Not been for a while and impressed with the changes. Will visit again.

Used to come here alot but tonight's experience was not good. When we arrived, the lady went to seat us. The manager was next to her and pointed to the book and said "them 3" then pointed to the table. We sat at a table right near the front so people kept walking past, making it in personal and loud. The manager came to take our order and we werent quite ready. When he came back I asked about the starters and be pointed in the menu saying they were there. They werent. It was garlic bread and anti pasti, so not starters, as such. We ordered the garlic bread with cheese and refused to eat it as it was soggy and grease was dripping off it. The server tried to say it was the oil they use but we sent it back none the less. When the mains came, nobody checked on us the entire time so we had empty drinks with our meal. Our first impression was terrible and the rest of the experience was much the same. Terrible service and not great food. The manager did not once come to the table and apologize about the food or service. Disappointing and will not be returning.
