I visited brizola for the first time this weekend and it was amazing. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The food was the best I’ve ever had, I cannot believe I’ve not been before. I had the halloumi and bean stifado and the flavours were unbelievable… it was delicious. I will be back.
Brizola Bar & Grill – ClitheroeBooked a table for two on the Wednesday steak and date night. Two steaks and a bottle of wine for £40. We chose to have one portion of veg to share with it. The food was amazing, so tasty, presentation was fantastic. The staff were brilliant, very attentive, and a fabulous ambience. We both thoroughly enjoyed it and have booked to go again. First class in evey aspect. Would highly recommend.
Toms Table – ClitheroeGreat food and good value for money, service was polite and efficient, and a good atmosphere. it was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon and had a few cheeky drinks in the new bar upstairs after the meal.
Toms Table – ClitheroeWe visited for an anniversary lunch, sat outside in the charming courtyard with views of the hills. Staff were welcoming and professional, the food was exceptional. The twice baked cheese souffle was delicious, as was my fish of the day (seatrout) which came with crushed potatoes and samphire so I didn’t need extra side orders. My wife’s steak was also excellent, and both desserts were great. It has been a long time since we have had a meal as good as this, with consistently good flavours which also looked beautiful.

Toms Table – ClitheroeLeft disappointed After reading all the positive reviews we expected a lot. On arrival we were greeted by Ben who was very warm and welcoming, a good sign we thought. The place is lovely, set in a pretty courtyard. At £32 for a two course Sunday lunch you’d expect to leave full. Starters were nice, nothing special and then the beef mains arrived. I honestly thought as did my husband that they were going to bring out the sides separately - there wasn’t much on the plate. The beef was lovely but there were hardly any vegetables to be seen and two tiny roast potatoes. Gravy & Yorkshires lacked flavour and the whole thing needed seasoning. Price wise, had this of been around £26 for two courses we wouldn’t have felt so short changed. The toilets need updating desperately too. Over priced, under seasoned and sadly we won’t be returning.

The food was amazing and the service was impeccable, we were looked after from the moment we stepped into the bar. Our favourite restaurant in the ribble valley and we can’t wait to come back soon!

We booked for the steak night….it didn’t disappoint the food was first rate .I have to admit we did succumb to a starter and dessert also as the menu was so tempting. We felt it was excellent value for money.The ambience of the restaurant and the staff were so attentive ,friendly and professional. After our meal we went to the lounge/bar area which was equally welcoming. We will most definitely be back and soon. Thank you
