Excellent all round

Lovely meal. Booked as a special surprise for our Ruby wedding, and we weren’t let down. Not particularly busy, but it was only Wednesday.

Lovely meal, lots of choice and menus. Very welcoming and attentive. Highly recommended. The early bird menu is really good value.

My husband and husband came for a meal as a pre holiday treat as we are going on holiday today. We had the fishcakes and pate to start, pork ribeye and chicken provencale for mains then the sticky toffe parkin and chocolate fondant. From start to finish it was a great experience. We could not fault the food or service in any way. It was the first time either of us had been as we have recently moved to the area. We look forward to visiting again for another special occasion.

Visited Friday 16th 2022. This was probably my fourth visit to Tom's Table, but my family's first. Unfortunatley, we won't be going back. Although the food was enjoyable we had very small portions- nouvelle cuisine. We ordered extra potatoes and vegetables. I was horrified to be asked to leave the table because it was needed for another customer. I've tried today to look through the website to see if it says you have to leave after two hours, I can not find it . I tried to book without entering my card details ( in case that caused me a problem) but I could not find any mention of this in the extensive terms and conditions of booking (most people would just tick this without reading them as they are 12 very wordy conditions). On a positive note, the service was impeccable and the staff pleasant.

Beautiful country pub. Lovely atmosphere. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Would have liked more meal choices, but on a whole extremely happy, would definitely come again and would recommend to friends.

Excellent evening for a long awaited date night. Food brilliant, staff welcoming and friendly. This is the second time visiting and the food is incredible, would highly recommend. Atomsphere is busy but at the same time relaxed, lovely evening.

Had another fabulous meal at Toms table I couldn’t fault anything from the food to the service nice to see that somebody is putting the effort and time into making this not just a meal out but a culinary experience Fabulous.

An amazing meal, great value for money on the steak and date night. A lovely atmosphere too- especially as it was a midweek visit. We’ve already booked to come again. Excellent food and service from start to finish.

A very enjoyable lunch. Excellent food and service and good value for money, especially the 2/3 courses for £15/19. It was very quiet so there wasn’t a lot of atmosphere but that is not their fault, and being six of us, it didn’t matter as we made our own!

Visited for the first time on Saturday and it was fab. Food delicious, wine delicious, service very relaxed and friendly, will definitely be coming back
