It’s ok. The cake is lovely. The coffee is nice. Service is ok. One of us had lunch and not just cake and it’s noticeable how much smaller the portions are for the money now, bordering on insulting. Not sure I’d go for more than cake and coffee again because of this as there are nicer places to go with better food with not much of a drive out. But it’s a nice place. Although staff can be a bit abrupt and inflexible at times. Nicer to stop by for coffee than somewhere like Costa.

Fabulous breakfast again. Service was impeccable and it’s always a pleasure to go. Absolutely love this place.

Had breakfast on Friday lovely and warm as it was hailstones and high winds outside, staff always very friendly and food always good.

Brilliant breakfast as always

At the Barn you always get friendly service and a lovely choice on the menu. I had the salmon sandwich which was delicious. The only draw back is they will only accept card as payment.

We are regular customers of the Blue Anchor but this is the first time we had booked for the Steak Night. We arranged to go with our friends. We were not disappointed! The steaks were superb as was all of the other food we ate. Staff are also very attentive and friendly.

Booked for 7 people and was contacted to pay a £50 deposit which would be taken off the bill! When bill came surprise surprise the £50 had not been deducted. This is the second time this has happened nit impressed!

We went on Sunday for the lovely roast ,as always it was really nice . Would always recommend the Barn a lovely place to meet and eat .

I have been to the Barn Garden Centre Cafe and have spent happy hours drinking and eating the food and drinks with family and friends. It has a lovely atmosphere, the staff are always very friendly, efficient and can't do enough to help. The food is always very good whether cake, or lunch and I would highly recommend it.

The Sunday roast was exceptional today. Although, the service was quite slow (a member of staff had called in sick) we didn’t mind at all, we were welcomed with a smile and the staff were as attentive as possible

5 of us had lunch at the Barn this was an amazing experience Plenty of choices on the menu, excellent service all our food was freshly prepared. we had a warm welcome and our servers couldn't have been more helpful with serving us and the Banta... Highly recommend ... Garry
