Had a lovely lunch with a friend. Food was delicious as usual. Freshly cooked. Love the friendly atmosphere. The gift shop is worth a visit. Well stocked with lovely gifts and clothes. The Christmas shop is stunning.

Food was lovely. We sat outside the main restaurant in a pretty setting but it was freezing. We did ask if the heating was on and was told yes. I guess any beating was lost in the massive garden centre which was also very cold. When we went inside to pay our bill it was warm as toast.

Excellent food, freshly cooked, Sunday roast beef very tender, just wish gravy was served separately, rather too much for my liking. Staff welcoming and pleasant.

The setting is pretty. This would be a good cafe for a coffee only. Not for a dinner. It is over priced and bad food. Service is really slow. Ordered drinks and a meal. The drinks came out with the meal 45 minutes later even after reminding staff. I have given a four for atmosphere as you still need to wear your coat inside the restaurant. Staff were polite.

had a lovely Sunday breakfast for a large group, menu orders were arranged prior to arrival. Only drinks need to be ordered when we arrived. The food was delicious, high quality ingredients. Staff were very friendly as always. Never had a bad meal or experience here

We always suggest the barn when going out for somewhere to eat, it never fails to disappoint!! The breakfast here is amazing, and it doesn’t matter what you pick, it’s all good fresh food!

Had a weekday lunch here with a friend. We had pre-booked but I was caught in A12 traffic so was slightly delayed. I phoned to let them know and they held the table. The food was delicious and the service good, we will definitely meet here again.

Amazing service and food as always. Staff are always so friendly, food cooked to order and always spot on! All set in the great atmosphere of The Barn!

My first visit was very positive. Made to feel welcome and food and atmosphere brilliant. Didn't get a chance to look round but will come back early next year.

We had a wonderful family lunch , it was my daughters birthday and we all met there . I had mentioned about mobility scooter and buggy when booking and i was delighted that this had been noted and our table was situated beautifully to manage both scooter and buggy. A lovely warm family feel to the venue, the service was excellent, we were so arty of 7 and our main meals all arrived together, food was delicious , it’s the perfect venue for all generations of a family to meet up. Will certainly be booking again soon

The standard of food has always been very good over many years. Service is polite and helpful though at times can be a little slow. It is nice one can always rely on such high standards.

Visited recently, ordered Tart of the Day. Nice but pastry overcooked so hard, also too much unnecessary greenery on plate
