Good food, and lovely staff, although very busy when we there, so missed out on desserts and coffee. A bit noisy with groups of ladies lunching, but that was fine for me, a bit off putting for my husband. Overall I still say a great place to stop for lunch.

Just called in for a coffee and snack with friends, but always made very welcome, whatever the time.

We had a lovely lunchtime meal with good service, but unfortunately found it a bit noisy which is no doubt due to the buildings construction. This meant that we found it difficult to hear each other, 4 of us all in our seventies

We had breakfast here for the first time and i must say it really was very good, everything was cooked just right , service was very good and didnt wait too long at all for it to arrive. Will be going back without a doubt.

Highly recommend The Barn, food excellent, service excellent, then the joy of shopping for clothes or the garden before leaving.

Lovely food but both drinks and food are expensive. Not sure we could afford to come again in this present climate. Maybe when costs go down a bit we would consider. Very enjoyable though .

Second visit yesterday, and so pleased. Booking on line and confirmation response was very easy/ good. Reception, service, and food was excellent. Such a refreshing approach , needless to say will continue to visit as long as the quality remains the same Thankyou.

Had a lovely breakfast here , the staff were very attentive…..can’t ask for more.

Lovely place to sit and catch up with friends and the service is brilliant. But the last two times I’ve visited we’ve been really disappointed with the food. Yesterday we had toasted Brie ciabatta. It was like eating a jam sandwich!!!! Could hardly find any Brie! Just the tiniest slither. We did mention this and we were only charged for one instead of two. The week before we had mushroom bruschetta which was ok but more like a starter than a main meal and very expensive at £11.95. Other meals I’ve had have been lovely but these last two visits have sadly been a disappointment.

When friends say "let's brunch" my go to is always The Barn Cafe. You need to book for good reasons...it's a lovely place to sit and catch up. The menu has good variety, the cakes are fresh and delish, the breakfasts use great quality tasting ingredients. On top of all that the staff are fabulous. Please remember to take cash to thank the staff. Enjoy!

Lovely meal glad the menu changed since we last went. Only problem was it was extremely cold in there, we were on table one and the drought when the doors kept opening was dreadful. Just make sure when I book again I ask for a table nearer the inside.

Quick friendly service with attentive and welcoming waitress. I had the Buddha bowl and my friend the omelette. Both were delicious, nicely presented and fresh on the plate. The crispy kale in the Buddha bowl was so tasty. Really enjoyed our meal. I come regularly and always recommend the Barn Cafe to others.

This remains one of my favourite places to go. Friendly and helpful staff and the food is always well prepared, presented and best of all tasty! Would really recommend.

Although a busy Saturday lunchtime, my friend and I had a delicious meal. The usual wait as it was freshly prepared but time to chat over a drink first. Don't mind waiting for food but drinks service could be improved upon.
