What a fabulous time we had at The Egerton Arms! Not been for years but will be back far sooner! Atmosphere, service, food, value for money were all fab. And we’d call out the service as being the best - thoughtful, warm, timely. What a credit each member of the team are to the place. The food was delicious and arrived very quickly. Beautiful setting and an old worldly charm inside. Highly recommended and will certainly go again.

My main complaint was that we ordered pizza garlic bread for starters and I stressed more than once that it was a starter (it was on the starter menu). So disappointing then that when our mains came I was told the garlic bread is also on its way. Basic mistake that shouldn't happen. Ultimately enjoyed our food but not blown away. Would go back but not in a rush - plenty of other places to try in the area.

Egerton Arms Astbury – CongletonVisited last night with family for my birthday… as ever the atmosphere was lovely, staff very friendly and the choice of food meant that there was something for everyone- my 15yo is addicted to the pizza, my elderly parents were delighted with their choices too, and I knew what I would be ordering before we even got there! Icing on the cake is that our dog is welcome too!
