We found this on the night Boscastle was flooded! It was so cosy and was packed that night - we had to wait a bit because we didn? book for a table but it was great. The food was amazing, service good and it is hidden deep in a valley
Smugglers Den Inn – Newquayspent most of the week here, eating and drinking with my wife, from day till night they get it right. can't fault the place . don't miss it.
Hub Bar and Kitchen – St IvesHaving visited Alba on a few occasions, I'm glad that the award of Seafood Restaurant of the year has been awarded. Everything is perfection, from the gift from the kitchen to the petit fours, everything is made on site. You can tell that the best produce is served and you don? mind paying the price. Alba is head and shoulders above the opposition, who are falling behind. Best wishes to Grant and Julia on a job well done.
Alba – St IvesIf you want elegance with a menu to match and service honed to perfection then Budock Vean is for you! One feels like a member of a very high-class house party with every attention to detail. Excellent in every way!
Budock Vean – The Hotel on the River – Falmouththe food was outstanding and the service was unbeatable you wouldn't find better service anywhere, they were friendly. we did not have to wait very long at all. the wine was excellant.
Wreckers – St Austellthis place deserves some recognition. pizzeria of all pizzerias. (thats pizz-ear-ria) everyone who goes to firstral bay must visit rossis. not only is it open til the early hours, its cost friendly because you dont need to buy a drink. the pizza is soggy enough to wash it down all in one go. rossis rules.
Rossis – NewquayThe Annapurna is located in the "come as you are" section of town, a position reflected in it's kitch interiors and nouveax riche cuisine. The food is Indian and good. Although the service is sometimes a little slow, the waiters are friendly and welcoming. A class act.
Annapurna – LiskeardWent last year on the Sunday of the first week they had opened. They had only decided to open that night an hour or so earlier so there were only a few people in hence the ambience was not great but the food was. It was pricey but worth every penny -one of the best meals I've ever had ...and I've had some great ones. Looking forward to going back this year.

Granary The – WadebridgeWe got married at Alverton Manor Hotel this month and can honestly say that it was the best day of our lives. The food was superb and the service impeccable. The restaurant is excellent and extremely good value for money and they use locally sourced food where possible. The staff are friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble. A fantastic place to eat. Bookings definately necessary.
Alverton Hotel – Trurowell i was recommended this restaurant by a good friend,well it was a saturday afternoon 1.30am i was the only person there eating, well i thought the service should be good, the food when i come was great but sort your staff out waitress larking about in the kitchen,glad i did'nt have kids with me,lots of swearing! its a shame because the front of house let down the pub!

The View – TorpointI would go back to newquay just to visit this pizzeria. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is like being in rome itself, outstanding!

Archie Browns Vegetarian Restaurant – PenzanceDefinitely the best restaurant we visited while we were in Newquay (June 2004). The food was brill (especially the chilli) and the view was fantastic. Visited the Bowgie Inn 3 times during our holiday.
