OK restaurant, with OK service and OK food, but it feels rather dated (you can just about read through the plastic covers on the menu !). It is rather pricey for a basic Indian restaurant.

Baba Indian Restaurant – TruroA very welcoming family orientated country gastro-pub with restaurant area and separate family room. The menu is wide ranging and varied and both the portion size and quality is extremely good. Pub meals do not get any better than this, we are now regular visitors when in the area.
Polgooth Inn – St AustellExcellent restaurant. Have been several times, and have always had great food, good service in a nice atmosphere. We would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone - they are great for kids too!
Chantek Thai and South East Asian Restaurant – TruroWe went there for an evening meal as it was recommended by the place we were staying in for its good food and ambience. The food was excellent. The menu was good and there were several fish specials on the board. The pub was busy for early evening mealtime. However as we were with a child we were stuck in a family room, which frankly has the ambience of a community centre. I can understand the desire to place families?separate to other diners particularly for evening meals to avoid disturbing other diners, but the family room is very much second class compared to the rest of the pub. Recommend but if you are bringing kids be aware the family room is void of any ambience.
Maltsters Arms – WadebridgeExecllent food, the host was always willing to talk and very friendly. I reccommend this place to anyone wanting a easy night out.
Harveys Bar – LauncestonExcellent! best food and best views, staff made us feel so welcome and great music too, will definatly be back next year.

Old Manor House The – Boscastlewe have eaten many times at the cobweb before the terrible flood. are going again on sat 10/09/05 and expect it will still be the same great meal. will send review next week
Cobweb Inn – BoscastleAbsolutely superb from start to finish, we had a party of 8 an every dish chosen was a complete success, definitely worth a visit.
Wreckers – St AustellThis is an outstanding restaurant in any city but for Truro it heralds a great future, the food is superb, its spread over two floors and beautifully decorated, quite contemporary. We have been for lunch four times now and heartily recommend it to any one, we would like to go at night but live too far away, drinks and driving etc. You lucky Truronians, this deserves to be packed out every day
Chantek Thai and South East Asian Restaurant – Truro8 of us went to celebrate a birthday, the restaurant were very good they decorated our table and did a couple of other touches, we had a superb meal, every one enjoyed it, all the dishes ordered were excellent, the wine list was good and the staff v nice indeed. We live in St Ives so its difficult for us to eat here without having to stay somewhere overnight. If this was nearer to us we would be regulars. Please if you are anywhere near Port Isaac get in here and have a meal you will not regret it.
The Edge – Port IsaacWe had lunch here recently whilst visiting Lanhydrock, we were very impressed with the quality of both the chicken ceasar salad and the sausage and mash, very good sausages. will return
Crown Inn – BodminTry the new Thai chicken pasty, excellent, spicy. Good coffee too.
Presto – St IvesI have eaten here a couple of times now and I like it very much, the style of food is different from all the other restaurants in Town and I like that, the menus are on blackboards and change every day, the wine list is organic and I love the Rioja.
St Andrews Street Bistro – St IvesJust what st ives needed, a breath of fresh air, totally unpretentious, great atmosphere, kind of like a gastro pub but in a restaurant, buzzing, bohemian and absolutely great.
St Andrews Street Bistro – St IvesWe stayed here recently and were very impressed by what they are doing here. The room was comfortable and spacious, but it was breakfast that really blew us away! I have never seen such a broad selection of fresh food on offer there were exotic fruits some I had never seen before like Dragon fruit, all laid out ice cold and sliced, it had something for everyone, when the cooked breakfast arrived it was huge and the quality of the ingredients fantastic, proper bacon and sausage, fab, we enjoyed it so much we took some friends just for the breakfast at a later date, then walked over to the mount. Highly recommended
Godolphin Arms – MarazionA fantastic dining experience, well sourced quality local produce presented in artistic mouthwatering dishes! Can't wait until my return visit in october.
