At last big city life has come to Cornwall with this great new addition to days and nights out in Truro. Goodbye Meadery and hello sexy One Eyed Cat. We ate and drank here last night, the menus are amazing as is the attention to detail. Best atmosphere in a grand old church too. 1st class, open up more please

I went to Fifteen for dinner with a group of female friends and had a thoroughly wonderful evening. We were seated in a semi-private room at a lovely oval table overlooking the magnificent Watergate Bay - wow what better view to compliment this very stylish restaurant. We chose to go with the £90 wine tasting package, which to be honest I thought was extremely expensive, but after sampling all the different wines to compliment each course, I realised this was the best option. Each dish we had was superb, presented with style and sophistication. The restaurant was totally full, and the atmosphere was brilliant. I would definitely like to return to Fifteen, but obviously because of the price it will have to be a special occasion place for me.

I went to One Eyed Cat last Friday with some friends. The food and service was great, I would definitely recommend the Tandoori Monkfish and Salmon Fishcakes. This has without a doubt raised the benchmark for other restaurants in Cornwall.

Just happened to stumble across this restaurant and what a find it was. 3 courses for £20 (excluding drinks) of the most taste bud tantalizing food we had all vacation. The tomato soup with truffle oil, was to die for, the crab rissotto full of flavour and a really succulent steak (£2 extra) we were unable to manage a dessert. Highly recommended. Hope this restaurant goes from strength to strength.

Went on Friday night, enjoyed the food immensely and the atmosphere was great, a busy and vibrant place to go. Talked about what food we are going to have next time on the way home!! Definitely returning, well done!

A fabulous meal for 4, including two children (always difficult!). Starters were delicious, the breads beautiful and the seafood platter the best I have ever eaten. I strongly recommend any visitors to the area to go the extra mile and eat at Kota - you will not be disappointed

My husband & I ate at Langmans last night and it was a truly memorable experience. You are treated as a personal guest and treated to a wonderful meal of the highest culinary standard. They took particular note of culinary/dietary restrictions and made sure everyone was able to enjoy their meal to the full. Everything about the evening was excellent and left us wondering when we could arrange to visit the West Country again, so that we could enjoy the experience again. Our only regret is that we live so far away! Do give this place a try - you will not be disappointed.

What a fantastic place to go!! Thank god the new owners know how to be landlords and members of the community well done Gary and Jane. The decor has been transformed and so has the atmosphere no longer shoved up in the family room everyone is made welcome, the place has moved up leaps and bonds and returned to its former glory!! I will return every time I visit no need to shop lol..

The food was absolutely amazing and so well presented. It was without doubt the nicest food I've eaten out in Cornwall

Excellent, I don't really want to tell anyone about this utter gem! Again, last night was the best food I have ever eaten in Cornwall bar none, ambience perfect and the upstairs seating is so cosy. Menu variety quite fishy. This is cooking at the very best and can't wait to go back. Scallops and mussels were better than many overrated 5* London hotels. PS: Don't tell anyone because this is still unspoilt/not-mass-produced!

Great food, nice busy atmosphere, felt slightly cramped though, everytime the waitress walked past she had to ask us to move. Which after about ten minutes grew slightly annoying. Apart from that we had a very nice meal.

You cannot visit the Scillys without treating yourself to a cream tea at Juliets. Don't worry about the calories, just enjoy the views over Hugh Town and out to St Agnus.

This is such an amazing setting on the terrace overlooking the water and it feels a bit exclusive too. So I was surprised that you have to order food from the bar having got your table number and pay upfront like a pub. Food was pretty good but pricey for what it was and how it was served. Maybe it's different at dinner...

The best Mexican I?e been to, the portions are massive so don? order too much, will be back there in about 3 weeks...

Wow Just go here, The restaurant advertises itself as being unique in Cornwall but having travelled a lot it's pretty unique in the UK if not the World! The only place I've been that comes anywhere near here is Cafe Deco in Hong Kong, A great concept, excellent setting with exceptional food, will definitely be going back. Dave
