Olive Tree – BridportGreat meal and Will definitely come again
Ming Wah Restaurant – WeymouthHad a great meal, brilliant service and lovely food
Ming Wah Restaurant – Weymouth5 of us came for roast at 2pm Sunday 10th. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Carvery was really lovely. Very good choice of meat and wonderful variety of vegetables. It was all hot which is sometimes not what I’ve found in other carvery’s. My only small criticism for want of a better word was the size of the small plate. The ladies were going to have a small plate as thought it would be done by meat slices not plate sizes. I personally only like one slice of meat and a good portion of veg but obviously choose the larger plate as you would not get much on the tea plate size of the smaller plate. One carvery that I go to, have small, medium and large choices, all the same plate size but you get one slice of meat for the small, two for the big and so on. With that said the food was delicious. The actual restaurant is a bit ‘canteen’ like. Perhaps flowers on the tables or a bit of decoration somewhere would brighten it up a bit. I would definitely recommend the carvery. Thank you.
The Gallery Restaurant at the Hotel Rembrandt – WeymouthWe had a lovely sunday carvery would highly recommend
The Gallery Restaurant at the Hotel Rembrandt – WeymouthWe always paid a visit to Ming Wah when we visited Weymouth. Now we live here, which means we can go more often. The food is excellent, never had a bad meal and the staff are friendly and professional. Would thoroughly recommend.
Ming Wah Restaurant – WeymouthOur third visit and have experienced top quality food. My wife had the seafood spectacular which she throughly enjoyed. I had the chorizo wrapped in belly of pork with a great selection of vegetables perfectly cooked. The staff was friendly and were tentative.
Olive Tree – BridportThank you again for the great service, exceptional food and great setting for a dinner night out. My only regret is not being able to easily return as we are returning to Australia. Please take my word for it. If you are in Bridport and in need of a place to eat, make a booking and enjoy the outstanding food complimented by a lovely dining experience and we excellent and attentive staff.
Olive Tree – BridportI was really disappointed with our experience at Tabby Terrace Cat Café. The whole atmosphere was incredibly uncomfortable, it was completely silent and honestly felt more like a morgue than a welcoming café. The cats didn’t seem playful or sociable at all, and one of them actually bit my daughter the first time she tried to stroke it, which was upsetting. The food and drinks were also poor quality for the prices charged. Our coffee arrived cold, and to make matters worse, there was cat hair in both the food and drinks. It felt very unhygienic having the food and drink preparation area in the same space where the cats were freely roaming around. Overall, it was overpriced, uncomfortable, and not a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
Tabby Terrace – DorchesterWe were pleasantly surprised at the transformation at Ming Wah. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, everything very clean and the staff so kind and helpful. Our food arrived quickly and mine was very good. My husband's main dish had to be replaced but this was done quickly and they couldn't have been nicer about it. I really enjoyed my stir-fried vegetables in garlic sauce and the egg fried rice was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this restaurant !
Ming Wah Restaurant – WeymouthLoved it here! Super cute experience, will be back to visit our new friends
Tabby Terrace – DorchesterAmazing, couldn't fault the food, wine, service and value for money. We went in on a Monday lunchtime and had the lunch offer which is incredible value for money. My wife had the prawns in a wonderful Moroccan style sauce and I had the Mussels which were wonderful. For main course we had the special which was local Stonefish and I had the pork belly with chorizo .... Amazing. Desert was Creme Brulie and Tiramisu which were unbelievable. The wine was perfect and reasonably priced. A wonderful local restaurant which we'll be visiting again and again.
Olive Tree – BridportThe best Carvery in town & so many delicious vegetables.! I welcome the choice of smaller plates to include those with smaller appetites. There is also a Wednesday lunchtime Carvery . Bon Appetit
