Highly recommend this place. Excellent food, friendly atmosphere and very efficient service.

Club sandwich was lovely. Skinny fries tasted quite oily but was only me that thought so out of our party. Good service. Little slow given how quiet it was in there but waitress was nice. Social distancing processes in place although was very quiet anyway. Portion sizes really good.

My husband Doug and I booked into the Yeoman on Saturday 12th September, and had a fantastic meal. We both chose the fillet steak, which was so juicy and tender, then I had crackers & cheese for desert, which was an extremely generous portion and a great selection of cheese. Doug had the Apple & Berry crumble, which he was still praising the next day. Emily and her team are very welcoming and are keen to make your visit enjoyable.

Went last Sat 5/9 with my husband for dinner and very very happy with the table set up all very socially distanced. Food and customer service was excellent so much so that I went back this Friday with a friend as it felt so safe!

Best sunday lunch in town , its our favourite place

Food was lovely, good size portion for a Sunday lunch, reasonable priced. Not to over crowded when I arrived at 1.45. I would recommend. Nice atmosphere staff friendly.

We had a lovely meal at the Cheshire Yeoman and the staff couldn't of been nicer and anymore accommodating of my 4 year olds food tastes and preferences. I had the lamb rack which was out of this world! the lamb was so tender and the sauce it came with you could of eaten cardboard with it thats how nice it was. Would highly recommend eating here and we will be back soon.

It was one of those scenarios where we had been previously and it was great then took some family and it wasnt so great. The food was good except the fish and chips which was tasteless I was told but the wait from main course to dessert was far too long. We asked 3 times for a dessert menu and waited about 45 minutes. We felt it bordered on being a bit rude when others where ordering food but we were left for this time. Id prob go mid week as it was busy, too busy.

Managed to book a table on Saturday evening (1st Aug). Dining area was busy, which was good to see, so we were lucky to get a table at short notice. The food here is good quality, attractively presented and value for money pub grub. My husband & I both opted for burgers which, I have to say, were exceptional. The staff are always pleasant, welcoming, helpful and efficient and Saturday was no exception. The hygiene and social distancing measures put in place were clear and effective and we both felt relaxed and at ease. Well done to all and see you again soon!

We have been having meals at The Yeoman for a long time and when we have family visit we always take them too. We like the atmosphere and always enjoy the food. It feels different to most of the other pubs in the area.

It’s always a pleasures to visit the Cheshire Yeoman but especially for food. Staff are attentive and friendly and there was good choice of food, even for a limited menu. All of our favourites were available and delicious as ever.

Quiet, semi-rural dining pub. Warm welcome from the young lady behind the bar. We had a sandwich which came with chips. Quite good value. The service was quick and efficient. No cask beer but, hopefully, this was because the brewers were only just starting up.

Had a fabulous Sunday Roast just as lovely as I remembered before lockdown. All social distancing followed perfectly & felt very safe with other diners at an acceptable distance. Staff very friendly & professional would definitely recommend.
