Sunday Lunch was amazing, service was really quick and they were very attentive and an overall lovely experience, will definitely be coming back here!

Turkey dinner - food really nice with perfectly cooked veg. Excellent service and friendly staff

Absolutely lovely place. Food well cooked and presented. Plenty of choice for all ages and dietary requirements. Price not too bad. All staff attentive and polite. Only downside which was heavily noted was a waitress wearing comfy joggers with stains all over that constantly emphasised her thonged behind. Not a professional look for such a lovely establishment. But we will carry on meeting here for food and drinks with friends.

Booked a Xmas meal for our family of 6. It was originally booked for 19.00. But something came up, which meant we had to move the booking forward. When I rang to see if it was possible to change it to 18.00, it was done straight away. Myself & my Wife used to go quite a lot, but we moved out of the area. So this was the 1st time in a long time that we'd been back. Sarah remembered us & it was like we'd never been away. All in all a great night for all the Family.Would definitely recommend & hopefully be back sooner rather than later. Thank you.

Went for a Christmas lunch with some colleagues and every one of us enjoyed the excellent food. Excellent service from the friendly staff. Absolutely no hesitation recommending The Cheshire Yeoman and my colleagues are going to recommend to others too.

Visited mid week with a friend. Good pint and food was excellent with a varied and interesting menu. Service was excellent and staff lovely. Pub was warm, clean and welcoming.

I visited with friends on Saturday evening and was blown away by the food which was absolutely delicious my friend, also a chef, said the Black Pudding Stack was the best starter she’d ever eaten! High praise indeed. I had the festive menu with roast turkey and trimmings and it was amazing. Great value and a lovely atmosphere. It’s not a big restaurant so booking is advisable but so worth a visit. You won’t regret it

went on wednesday and new menu was on and i had the beef and it was so soo tender and lush, with horseradish mash and parnsnips and carrots , it was out of this world, wife had her favourite teh fish mixed grill and it was lovely, cheesecake s a winner , great staff and so so helpful

aint been for few weeks , but went friday night and as per always the food was excellent and plates really hot , i had bangers and mash , wife had the small rump steak shared cauli cheese and it was to die for. Always great food and staff

It's been quite a long time since we've gone for a Sunday roast as a family. However, yesterday was a special sentimental occasion and on recommendation of a work colleague: we went to The Yeoman. We were not disappointed! The lamb was so tender and the gravy was superb. Desserts were excellent (including the kids' choices!) and staff were very friendly. We'll definitely return in the near future.

Don't often go out for Sunday lunch as my wife's is hard to beat! Had friends over from Yorkshire so decided on the Yeoman. Really good lunch had by all Lamb and beef excellent with Cauliflower cheese a winner. Could'nt make pudding as so full. Would certainly reccomend.

Food was delicious roast potatoesc were crispy on the outside and fluffy insde. though the portion of cauliflower cheese ( which was delicious) for 3 people was only the same as the next table had for 2 people Was busier than when we've previously visited The service was very slow and staff didn't raise a smile or interact except for basic questions.

Food excellent but thought we had a long wait for each course

Sunday lunch was awful! Chicken was dry and lamb seamed like it was out of a packet. Roast potatoes uncooked and had no colour. Gravy was nice though. Pudding wasn’t much better with the chocolate moose being more like a slop! Think it needed a few more hours in the fridge to set. Service wasn’t the best. Is it uniform for all the staff to wear PVC and have their stomachs on show?! Think some lessons in customer service are in order and also noting staff not to pass hot plates and gravy over the head of child in a highchair or placing them down directly in front of a child in a highchair while telling you it’s hot!! Such as shame as we only live down the road but won’t be returning!
