We and our friends had a wonderful lunch yesterday (4th Feb) . The food, as always, was fantastic. The steaks were the best we've ever had and the calves liver was delicious. We love The Bakers Arms, the Staff are so lovely and friendly, such good service and the food is so much better than other local restaurants.

The Bakers Arms – IngatestoneBeen before but not for a long time. Booking on line was straightforward and we arrived on time and were welcomed and showed to our table by a very pleasant young lady. Food was very good as were the drinks. Only downside was that several items on the menu weren’t available, but we were all happy with our choices. Altogether a very good experience with great food and friendly service. I will come again.

Our club the VJMC, Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club, all 9 of us that had a meal on the 17th of December 2025 really enjoyed the food, excellent!!!, great service & an excellent atmosphere. We discussed about where we would have our Christmas club meal next year, some where cheaper, the unanimous response was no, we come back here, so there is your answer, The Baker’s Arms is the place to go if you want a fantastic meal. The menu offers a range to suit most people without being fussy gastro pub fare. We were given plenty of time to enjoy a relaxed meal. Value for money was very good. Highly recommended.
