Always enjoy our lunch here and do recommend. Our Vegan friend was very cross at just one main course and no pudding on offer!

The Barn is a lovely place to meet friends or have a lunch with family. The staff are very welcoming. The food is excellent and the surroundings very calming. It is my first choice for lunch out.

Fabulous breakfast, service & incredible value for money! Whenever we have friends visit for the weekend we make sure to get to Grumpys for breakfast!!

Absolute love this Garden Centre and Restaurant. It’s 30 minute drive away for us but we’ve been twice and really enjoyed it. The Garden centre is not huge but a good selection and both times I’ve managed to bring a few things home. Also an excellent choice of home wares to choose from. The Restaurant is excellent. First time we had tea and cake and the second time we enjoyed the barn breakfast which was perfect. Next time we go we are planning to go for Sunday Lunch, so looking forward to that.

Breakfast was lovely , member of staff on arrival I found to be quite rude and grumpy, we were addressed like naughty children becwe went straight into the restaurant to to the till ,to be told go back out and wait for someone to see to us . Most disappointing of all ,my cash was refused!! This is discriminate ! I wish to have the choice to pay by cash ,therefore just for this reason I will not return .

Very disappointed with the items on offer for lunch time , very limited choice my panini was overcooked and dry due to lack of filling.

Lovely restaurant. Friendly staff. Great food and always healthy salad options. Please bring back the omelette’s. Could do with another option as we visit so much !

Good well cooked breakfast and got drinks I like that tea comes in tea pots Service is friendly and as food is cooked to order not fast but we had drinks and a lot to catch up on. Outside seating is nice in good weather. Popular as busy at 10am.

This is a lovely Garden Centre, with some interesting items and well cared for plants. The cafe has a relaxed atmosphere, and you are left to enjoy your meal, I never feel rushed. Not a huge menu which I like, and I feel ensures it's tasty....which is the case. Staff friendly and service good. I would recommend. Just remember to book your reservation otherwise you might be disappointed, as it can get busy.

Beautiful garden centre and cafe. It was my first visit here and definitely not last . The food is well presented and I loved vegetarian and vegan options.Had Buddha bowl and it was scrumptious. The staff is friendly. For sure will be back.

My favourite breakfast or lunch venue to catch up with friends. Great food and good service. Their full English with bubble and squeak is a firm favourite and their warmed treacle tart with cream is to die for!
