We had a meal here on Mother's Day and the food was really good. We have a vegetarian in our group and there was plenty of choice for him. I expected the tables to be closer together but was really surprised when the tables were really nicely spaced out.

A lovely meal to celebrate Mother’s Day with my family. Could add Iced tea to make the menu even better than it is. Lovely attentive staff and enjoyable atmosphere.

My family took me for a meal on Mother’s Day. We all very much enjoyed our time. The meal was hot tasty and delicious. Servers were very friendly and helpful and made us welcome. A gift for the mothers was a thoughtful gift. Beautiful restaurant. Definitely 5 stars.

My happy place and my father’s very happy place! We just love it - the moment you walk through the doors, the beautiful displays, scented air and fabulous cafe. Never disappointed, super food, wonderful staff and fabulous setting.

My friend and I booked a table, which is a MUST - the restaurant space is small, so you are unlikely to be able to get a table without a booking. We did feel a little crowded, but the music and decor kept us in a vibey atmosphere which we did enjoy. We had a cocktail each (pineapple daiquiri and spicy margarita) while we waited for our food (hot chicken tenders and crunch wrap), and all of this was delicious and served within a pleasant period of time that did not make us feel at all rushed. I had the chicken tenders, which had a lovely dry rub and really tasted smoked and barbecued. The honey mustard mayo was also to die for, and if it was sold in jars at the shop, I would buy it to have at home. We were not rushed to order more drinks or dessert, but, after letting our food settle, ordered a banana pudding to share. Thsi was a delicious mess of banana, biscuit, and cream - not too sweet or sickly after a big meal. I especially recommend this! The prices are very fair for the very generous portions and creative dishes; restaurant prices for restaurant-quality! Overall, the food was delicious, hot/fresh, and original - huge thanks to the chef for a delicious meal! The service was friendly but we didn't feel smothered or rushed, even in a small space - huge thanks to the gentleman who served us for fantastic service! Tl;dr: Great food and service - I will ABSOLUTELY be back.

I’ve been to the barn a few times now from coffee and cake to a Mother’s Day lunch. Lovely environment, good food and smiling service - will continue to go back.

The Barn is like a hidden Jem and the food is amazing and the staff are so attentive and professional. Fantastic and there are delights to suit anyone's budget. Keep doing what your doing as it is totally ticks every box, thankyou.

We had a lovely breakfast on the Saturday before Mothers Day. The food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble for the waitress as we required lots of different breakfasts! Atrmosphere is lovely and I would recommend to anyone! Will definitely be back and two of my guests were from Leicestetr so hopefully will book to stay next time.

Lovely meal yesterday. Service very good. One thing to say though. Please consider updating the menu on your website. Menu is from 4 years ago and not the same as now. We were disappointed we couldn't have what we thought we would. Meal was lovely though so it wont stop us from coming again.

We had breakfast which was delicious but could have been hotter!

Not great value for money and limited choice for a lunch time menu. Had to send my friends tart of the day back because the middle was uncooked. My sandwich was very small for the price charged. I've had better food at the barn. Service was good and my friends meal was free but not up to your usual standard. Disappointed

Great night as always. Such great staff and brilliant service

Met my Daughter for lunch in the Baker's Arms 27 March, pre a spa break at the hotel opposite. Staff were attentive and friendly. Food was lovely, and good value for money. I have been there a few times before with friends (for lunch pre spa breaks!). It's always nice to lunch at the Baker's. Will visit again.
