An excellent restaurant with outstanding service. The food looks good and tastes even better. You should try the chicken livers they are to best I have ever had. Definitely worth a visit.

Coming from Freckleton I never used this fish and chip shop, however since it has changed hands (it is now called Barnacle Bill's) I had heard so many good reports that I decided to try it. The food was excellent, real fish and chips cooked in dripping. My husband had the beef stew which I must say was as good as any restaurant food I have eaten. Last week whilst in the queue (and yes Fridays and Saturdays you do have to queue) the person behind me had come all the way from Leyland and told me this shop is the best Chippy he's found.

Superb Chips and fish cooked the traditional way I believe in beef dripping which gives them the real taste of this British classic. having used several Fish and Chip shops in the area this is the one I?l be back to next time.

Have been to Fort San Antone quite a lot and have stayed a few times in our caravan we always enjoy going and they have good groups on will be going again this year we hope all being well

I've been to Lorenzo's lots of times and i have to say i have never had a nicer meal in an Italian restaurant before. Having visited Lake Garda i haven't experienced food that comes as close to the quality of that region in the U.K. Best Italian for miles!!!

We regularly eat at Lorenzo's - at least once a month and can say we have never had a bad meal and have always received excellent service. Best Italian restaurant we have ever visited. GREAT

Pleasant meal however the vegetables (?rinkle?sliced carrots and swedes) were disappointing. Different, more ?nteresting?vegetables would have been appreciated. Service just right - not too overpowering. Lighting (fluorescent) in the dining area could do with changing.

I found that the food at the Plough is extremely good value for money, very good quality food at very reasonable prices and very generous portions. The menu is very varied, and also included a variety of vegetarian options aswell as children? value meals. The atmosphere is both welcoming and friendly, and the staff offer very good service, with a friendly smile. I would recommend a meal here to anyone, who wants good food, great service and value for money.

Stayed over at Easter the whole weekend. Had a cooked breakfast every morning. The DJ played upto date country music. He refuses to play anything but country, which is refreshing. The atmosphere is a lively and friendly one. Have been a few times and have not been disappointed once. Will be going back ASAP. Well worth checking out. Hope to see you there!

Had a delightful meal at Lorenzo's, the food is out of this world. Excellent choice on the menu, with some very tempting specials on the board. Will definitely return, best restaurant I?e been to in ages!

Superb In Every Way

I tried Lorenzos with my boyfriend last night and was very impressed. The service was top notch with great attention from the proprietor. The cuisine is Italian however it is unlike any other restaurant in the Fylde in that the food is not just traditonal but Northern Italian. Where the food is a little more sophisticated. Beware of the Grappa though!

I enjoy meals at the Ship and have never had a bad meal yet even when it has been really busy. A family booking has been made for 28 people this shows confidence in the Ship

In my opnion, this is THE BEST Chinese Takeway (and believe me, I've tried a few!). When they were closed for a couple of weeks due to holidays, they were sorely missed. JanetC
