This was a birthday treat for my Wife, who had wanted to try this for a long time, was not disappointed, everything , food, Staff service and attention was just spot on, and such a lovely location too.

The food was excellent, a good variety of sandwiches, cakes,, sweets in glasses and gorgeous warm scones. The service provided by Simon znd Stella was first class. They were both so friendly and efficient and the four of us were made to feel very special. The setting within the Hall is very grand and we were welcomed on a bitterly cold afternoon to a roaring fire.

Very atmospheric, taking you back to real authentic Georgian afternoon tea in the beautiful tea room with much appreciated log fire. Food was very good value ( silver voucher ) for two people and a great selection of sandwiches, crisps, cakes, trifle, possets and macarons. Each side of a three tier cake stand for each person. This was followed by individual jars of clotted cream and strawberry jam and scone. We, as most people did ,took plenty back home with us all boxed up by the two authentically attired ladies who managed the whole sitting by themselves. We opted for the early session 12.45 allowing 90mins to complete our experience. They then had to repeat for second sitting. These lovely ladies are volunteers and made our visit a truly lovely one. Thank you ladies.
