RUBBISH SERVICE. Part of meal not delivered waited half an hour still nothing, called and asked for money back and staff were rude. I would recommend that you spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Had lunch today food very nice. Very welcoming and locals friendly creating a really nice atmosphere. Additional bonus was that we could take the dog in as the pub is dog friendly. Every credit .

Everyone should go here at least once a month. Great place.

Cannot beat the match day grub for value and taste. Chilli on chips always a winner after a game. Fylde Rugby club is the best in Lancashire for rugby and food!

Visited on Thursday teatime (17/9/2015) for a quick bite to eat. No real gripes about the food at these prices, except that portion sizes have been cut down of late. However, as there's a drink included in the price, it's hard to complain. It is what it is for the price. My complaints relate to staff attitude, which I've encountered on previous visits and found to be a bit cocky and not particularly helpful. I must add that my experiences relate only to male staff.I asked at the bar for a wheat beer, only to be told by the young barman, rather dismissively, that he'd never heard of it (despite the fact that it's on the drinks menu). I explained that it was a bottled beer but he stared blankly and said "No, sorry. Is that it or do you want something else?" To cap it all, I ordered a glass of the house rose for my wife. She said it had a strange taste but as she'd been drinking a sweet soft drink prior to this, she put it down to her palate. I had a sip to taste, but as I'd been drinking a pint of beer (not wheat variety sadly!) I couldn't really tell if it was good or not. However, both of us were sick during the night, so I can only assume it was a tainted wine, as we'd eaten different food; therefore the glass of wine was the common factor. And, no we weren't drunk either!Final point relates to kids running around, whilst their couldn't-care-less parents enjoy their evening, because the kids are off annoying everybody else! Too common in this venue I'm afraid.Disappointing evening. and, whilst the wine issue could be forgiven as a one-off I would suggest that JD's management team pay a little attention to knocking the arrogance out of some of their younger male staff, whilst also training them a little more on product knowledge.

This place never fails to disappoint. I had the tortellini in a mushroom and white wine sauce, it was absolutely delicious.

Six of us all ladies went for my daughters birthday lovely food good value for money the desserts are to die for and staff very professional will definitely go back

Best cappuccino I have ever had! Just popped in for a coffee yesterday. Didn't eat this time however the food is excellent too, as enjoyed on previous visits.

Some Thai dishes are just so basic that they don't warrant being served in a restaurant. This was the case with my dish. Pleasant as it was, even I could have rustled it up in 5 minutes. Everyone else was happy with their food and the venue is nice. Service was god even though the poor young ladt dropped and smashed all the drinks. Not very excited about going back but I'm sure I will.

Absolutely brilliant had everything they do and no complaints, the staff are very courteous I would recommend Carlitos to anyone.

On the 3rd July I was79. All the staff and customers sang Happy Birthday. Your lovely family gave me a bottle of my favourite Italian cider. My gandaughter loves the Choccy Fudge cake. Love the atmosphere food and friendly staff. Visit whenever I'm in St Annes*****.

Some of reviews I have read are totally untrue, those sort of folk would be advised to go elsewhere and pay extra for their own satisfaction, This Restaurant is a great value for money establishment and one must NOT be put off by some of reviews published, Advise go someplace else, Jenny Mc Donnell

Been to the Bilash a few times and the food and service has been consistently good. Staff are polite and efficient - no waiting around. Ive never had a bad meal and would say this Indian is the best in the area.

I attended their cocktail masterclass recently and was extremely disappointed with the lack of instruction and cocktails made. Only 2 in our party made a cocktail, the other 'cocktail' was made up of different flavoured vodka's (he didn't know the name) and the rest were shots!! Absolute waste of money and would not recommend this to anyone hoping to learn how to make cocktails and try new ones.

Love the fish and chips and also enjoyed the cakes I brought home. Been here a couple of times and will be there again very soon well done. x

The food at Gemma's is fantastic. I have eaten there on numerous occasions and it is always spot on. The staff are also very friendly. If I fancy an Indian this is the only one I go to now. Never had a bad meal there. Great value for money.
