Fabulous service and delicious food would highly recommend

Lovely home cooked dinner in gorgeous Cotswolds pub. Great portions and good quality ingredients. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening here. A little background music would have made the ambience perfect. Our thanks to the chef and friendly staff x

2nd visit really enjoyed .

My family treated me to a Sunday lunch to celebrate my birthday - a first time for them to experience the Sunday roasts on offer as they live in Wiltshire. We were all hugely impressed with the amount and quality on the carvery board and veg dishes The family loved the fact that you are given your own 'joint' to carve and our choices of turkey and gammon were so moist and succulent. Four different veg were served plus roast and new potatoes and Yorkshire pud. Plenty of gravy and top- ups if required My daughter in law was in heaven with her first experience of 'Five reasons to love chocolate' and the others ate every last morsel of their stick toffee ud and salted caramel ice cream. All in all a very special meal, and for me as always, truly delicious, excellent value for money and really good service.

We arrived on time we was told there was short of staff we was taken to the table with the menu and no one return until after a hour the food was okay but not great

We had an excellent Sunday lunch at the Miners, the meal was generous and completely delicious and the service is excellent. We were a party of 6 and were all really impressed and pleased with our meals, the menu is well thought out. I would thoroughly recommend

What a gem! We’ve recently moved to the area & have already had several meals here. The menu is a little limited, but everything that we’ve eaten has been gorgeous. The clientele were friendly & the staff welcoming & helpful, nothing was to much trouble. We’re so pleased to have this pub as our new local. X

Had a fantastic meal at Miners in Sling. Our food was excellent, so tasty and well presented. Service was excellent as well. Definitely going back for more.

Excellent food and service

Had 2 meals this week at the miners, on both occasions the food and service were of the highest quality.

We were a party of 8 ladies dining at The Croft on a Saturday evening. Due to a misunderstanding in the group we were reserved an outside table which was not our intention, as it was too cold to eat outside. The staff at the restaurant were very good, supplying us with blankets and arranging a table inside for us very quickly, so full marks for that. We had to preorder our food, which we thought should not have been necessary for a group as small as we were, but it did mean that our starters were delivered very promptly and all the food was excellent.

Food was amazing as always, staff friendly as always. Plus I did bring my partner there for first time and he was more than impressed

I chose this restaurant based on all the good reviews and word of mouth and i was not disappointed at all! The restaurant, food and cocktails were lovely. Would definitely recommend.

We booked because of the reviews and we weren’t disappointed. Food, location and especially the service was top notch. Our 89 year old mother in law was really looked after.

Lovely place brillant service

This authentic trattoria has a lovely welcoming atmosphere. There is a large choice of beer wine and cocktails and the food is excellent. The staff have good customer service and are very attentive to your needs. Well worth a visit.
