Quick service of drinks and a lovely table for a family celebration dinner. Lovely food BUT we had to ask for a food menu (10 minutes after our drinks arrived) and then we had to wait over 50 minutes for our food to arrive. Our 10 year old was very hungry and I had to ask what was happening with our food - staff did apologise but did not come to tell us of the situation- I had to go to the bar for some emergency crisps!!! Desserts arrived much more promptly and were delicious.
The Masons Arms – CirencesterThe food was incredible, we had a lovely table outside in the heated seats area and it was amazing. It felt like we were on holiday. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was really great! 10 out 10 highly recommended!
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterWe had another enjoyable meal my family was really impressed with the service, the presentation and most of all how great the food was.
Wye Valley Catering – ColefordVery good ambience. Excellent food at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. Well worth a visit and then another is inevitable Best pub around by far
The Masons Arms – CirencesterExcellent food great service A*
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterWe had the most lovely lunch. The food was delicious and our waitress Charlotte went above and beyond for us (especially my daughter) and generally made our experience fun and us feel welcome. We will be back again
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterMy wife and I celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. Both the service we received from the staff and the food itself were first class. We would highly recommend this restaurant.
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamWe ate here on Saturday 2nd October. My partner had mash and pie of the day which was lovely. I chose the pork off the specials. I thought they had forgot my vegetables or mash. I had 1 piece of sweet potato chunk green beans and a couple of tiny carrots. Thankfully I had a starter and a desert to fill me up! My partner asked one of the waitresses what the pie was. She didn’t know and said she would find out but she didn’t come and tell us. Think the staff should know the specials when they start there shift. Expensive for what we had.
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamWe had dinner at the Croft on Saturday & everything was perfect from the time we entered. The staff really friendly & helpful & all 4 meals were lovely & the food was hot. Will definitely dine there again.
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamFanatastic food , staff gave a warm welcome and service was brilliant
The Masons Arms – CirencesterOur first visit to the Masons Arms but certainly not our last. We had a very nice lunch here on Friday. Very good food. Excellent service. Good value. We will be back again very soon.
The Masons Arms – CirencesterLovely restaurant / atmosphere. Really enjoyed the food and the service was excellent too.
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterFantastic pizza as always. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great atmosphere. Alway love eating here. Great service.
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterWe have eaten at Stettebello a number of times and it remains, by far, one of my favourite restaurants in Gloucester. The menu choice is varied and the quality of the food they serve is amazing! Being a lover of all things Italian, I am quite choosy about which restaurant to eat at. I'm especially disappointed when a restaurant claims to be Italian and then turns out not to have one Italian person in the kitchen or serving. Settebello is completely authentic and if it is a wonderful Italian experience you are after, then this is the place for you! The atmosphere can vary depending on the day, time of day and if there are any birthdays being celebrated. We went last Tuesday and there was a large table celebrating a birthday and the atmosphere was buzzing and lively. Other times I have eaten there it has been before the busy evening period and was quieter, but the venue is an absolute joy to eat in regardless of whether it is quiet or lively! The management are continously ensuring that guests are not left waiting when the restaurant is full, which shows the high level of professionalism and training they provide to their staff. Alberto, our waiter, was from Sicily, and he was absolutely brilliant! He compliments the great team at Settebello! We had a wheelchair user and the venue is completely wheelchair friendly. The staff couldn't have been more helpful!
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterExcellent food and amazing cocktails. Especially the riveria cocktail. Definitely going back for another meal.
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterOn a wet Tuesday evening, a dinner at 8.15 for our daughter birthday, the venue was buzzing and alive. Fab food as per usual, with excellent customer care skills from the staff. We have never had a bad meal or experience here. Loved it
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterStaff very friendly and service was good. Food was average. I had the pie of the day with chips a small bit of veg and it was a bit tasteless - had to add more seasoning than I usually would to enhance the taste. The surroundings are lovely.
