Trattoria Settebello – Gloucesterthe food was amazing! but the staff last night were poor.. we were waiting 40 minutes for our food and had to get the staffs attention to order anything, don’t feel as if they cared either which was annoying, also we were sat in a corner and i was basically touching seats with the woman behind.. seating was bad and way too close as nearly got budged on the head when other tables were getting their food.. food was amazing but we shouldn’t have to get their attention to order drinks or food, very poor service and kind of ruined our date.. but besides that the FOOD was amazing but nothing else, also waited to pay for a while and had to get their attention again instead of coming up to us when they knew we were ready and when we complained about how long food took it came out straight away like it had been sitting there..
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterWe contacted directly for a complex group booking. The whole experience was impeccable. Treated us so well. Excellent service and the food was absolutely sublime. Bravo.
Wye Valley Catering – ColefordI visited settabellos on Sunday evening with some work friends and the service was great, the food was also great and all round just a very nice, warm atmosphere. It wasn’t my first time going and it won’t be my last! I definitely recommend taking a trip :)
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterFantastic restaurant and really friendly and attentive staff make you feel very comfortable at the restaurant, food is amazing
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterAbsolutely delicious food, great atmosphere and warm and friendly staff. Can’t fault it. I’ve been twice now and each visit was fab!
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterFantastic atmosphere and really friendly and attentive staff make you feel very comfortable at the restaurant One thing I must say is the chairs do feel a bit not comfortable and very school like but the booths and the leather chairs are lovely The food was amazing can’t fault it working with pizza my self I’m very envious of the pizza oven 10/10 keep up the good work!!
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterI booked a table for myself and my husband for a Friday night to celebrate our marriage. The menu looked nice and we thought we’d give it a go. We were seated, and then forgotten about. There were 4 staff members on, all who seemed more interested in chatting with each other and being on their phones than serving customers. They were even cleaning empty tables over serving us! We were finally served when I asked one of the boys to take our order (it took another 5 mins after I asked him as he was busy clearing empty tables). After our order was taken food and drink came out quickly, and service got slightly better. The food was lovely. I think having a restaurant run by teenagers is a bad business idea as they were clearly inexperienced with hospitality. They were all very polite, just not very good. As it currently stands, I unfortunately wouldn’t go back.
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamAte at the Miners yesterday evening with my brother and his wife, who were visiting from north Wales, plus my partner. All of us were very impressed with both the food and service. We chose different items from the menu and not one meal was disappointing or even average. I would highly recommend the Miners as a stand out gastro pub.
Wye Valley Catering – ColefordService - pleasant, attentive but very young team with little leadership evident. Menu limited, food fair to good, but very expensive.
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamWe visited Settebello's for my wife's birthday party on Saturday 4th September. We had a group reservation for 15 people and I can only say how impressed we all were with our visit! The staff were super friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble even though the place was rammed. Service was good and kept drinks flowing throughout the evening. The food choices were extensive and the quality was excellent value for money. Overall a great experience and Settebello's will definitely be one of our regular go to's when we want to eat out. Thank you for making my wife's birthday dinner so rememberable!
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterReally lovely, have been 3 times now and can't fault it food is lovely staff are really nice.
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterOur favourite restaurant, fabulous food, fantastic service, great choice of wine and not forgetting the cocktails! Looking forward to our next visit.
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterExcellent Sunday roasts with all the trimmings. Service was excellent and though the food arrived quickly, there was no pressure to hurry the meal. Friendly and helpful staff, and a pleasant environment
Wye Valley Catering – ColefordLovely warm welcome, great atmosphere, fabulous cocktails and delicious food! What more can you ask for!
Trattoria Settebello – GloucesterFood was ok, but the Service was terrible, we had a starter and main course which were served promptly, then it went downhill, we weren’t asked if we would like anymore drinks, if we would like the desert menu, which we would have had, I finally got to ask a young lad if we could have a desert menu, then left us and never came back to ask if we would like to order, so after half an hour decided to get the bill, and leave. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there unless they don’t mind poor service.
The Croft Restaurant – CheltenhamI have to say we had a dreadful experience at The Croft, really dissatisfied. The staff are all very inexperienced and the food was very poor. I ordered the pie of the day and it simply wasn’t a pie. When delivered to our table I asked if there was any gravy? This was met with a simple ‘no, that’s in the pie’. The pie was a small tasteless pot of chicken, mushrooms and stock, with a slice of packet puff pastry popped loosely on top. When the waitress asked how my meal was I say ‘the pie is a bit weird and not great’, she responded with an enthusiastic ‘GREAT!’ (clearly not listening). We did find this amusing though and was probably our highlight. Don’t bother with this one!
