This was our first time visiting and we were not disappointed - lovely food, excellent service and a lovely setting over the quays - we will definitely be coming again!

I booked here for my fiancé’s 36th birthday. The team working were lovely and the food was incredible (a 1 meter long pizza!) An all around nice experience that we would recommend. We are really looking forward to going back again.

Had the most wonderful evening with my two friends. We were served by Katie who was absolutely perfect, so sweet and attentive really made the experience a great one. The food was delicious couldn’t fault anything. Overall a perfect evening will definitely be returning.

Food was great. Loved how pretty much everything on the menu was local. You can tell the owner really have a passion for what they do and this shines throughout The miners hotel and the food. Our stay was fine. The room we stayed in was quite noisy and very warm through out the night as we where above the cellar. The fan was definitely handy for the heat. I would stay again but would request a different room.

Food was amazing! We ordered the meter long pizza, and it didn’t disappoint! Cocktails were great and service was wonderful!

What a great find. It was the first place that came up and we thought it best to shop around, but nothing came near it. Stayed over for two nights and couldn’t fault a thing. Friendly service from the owners and all the staff, fabulous food and an excellent selection of wines. The Miners’ support for local producers is admirable and the food was lovely. Spent the journey home to London planning our next stay.

Following a house move we we’re all ready for a hearty Sunday roast and as ever the Miners didn’t disappoint. Excellent food and surely the fastest service in the West.

Fabulous food and service for a family lunch (including 5 year old niece). Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back!
