We booked for Sunday lunch as we were staying nearby for the weekend . The Sunday lunch was superb , the meat dishes expertly cooked and served very attractively with loads of fresh beautifully cooked veg . Staff were really friendly and extremely attentive . The cocktail was great too. We highly recommend this pub and menu .

The food was superb as was the service and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Easily the best Italian restaurant in the Cotswolds. An absolute delight every time I go there. If I could, I would eat there every day. The only problem is, having a Blue Badge I can park almost anywhere which invariably temps me to pop into shops. So the outing to Caffe e always turns out more expensive than I planned :-). I was very pleased on both counts

I had a beautiful roast beef Sunday lunch, my partner had the chicken. Everything was delicious, and most importantly, I wasn’t ill at all! Only one thing - I’m sure it’s lovely when you’re out with a group to have a piece of beef to carve, but when it’s only one serving, it was quite difficult to slice - perhaps a single portion could be plated up instead?
