First time visiting for us. We went for our sons birthday. All I can say is WOW!!! Food was absolutely amazing. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend. Will be visiting again very soon..

WoW! Absolutely delicious food. This place is amazing. The staff are attentive, friendly and professional. The portions are huge and best brisket and ribs we have ever tasted. Can't wait to visit again. We have already booked.

Pros Amazing meal Cons Lights too bright, need to have a shade or something to remove the glare. (One person developed a migraine) Staff polite and good but it did seem a bit unorganised, need more waiting staff on shift to run more efficiently. Definitely needs a receptionist/host there all the time to meet, greet and take customer to the table. Not the waiting staff, who have enough to do especially with the extra covid cleaning duties.

I visited the smokehouse yesterday for the second time since October and it doesn’t disappoint. Incredible food! Massive portions! Extremely helpful and friendly staff! My kids love eating here. It’s fast became my favourite place to eat, and I’m happy to travel the hour and half to enjoy a meal here!

Was looking forward to eating out at the smokehouse but have to say unfortunately that I was a bit disappointed. We have eaten there before and really enjoyed it so went back on their 2 for 1 offer. Food was quite bland tbh. I had land and sea burger. Burger bun really bland and prawns served in a side ramekin were a bit pointless and not what was expected. Sauce on prawns was non existent. Shame because the burger itself was nice but how it was served, let it down. Service was very good however. Very attentive

Spectacular Service from every member of the Team, especially Lisa our server. Nothing too much trouble. Even offered to take family photos. Food plentiful, fresh & tasty. They went out if their way to put up Birthday banners & dress the table. Great range of cocktails, & milkshakes. Slight disappointment only 1 choice of tap beer, but didn't adversely affect the evening. We all left at the end having had a fabulous time thanks to everyone at The Smokehouse. Every member of our party was discussing when can we next get together & come again. That is a great reflection on this Smokehouse, when everyone is asking when they can return!

Enjoyed a lovely meal last night. The restaurant was very busy with Christmas parties, but we were constantly updated about how long we had to wait. To be honest the very slight delay in food allowed us to have a drink and chat. Have no problem at all with that. Service was so good. Food was equally as good. Cannot fault anything about our meal. 10.out of 10.

The food was great and service good, although we order wine to have with dinner which didn’t arrive until after we had almost finished dinner. It was cold in the restaurant even though there was a log burner near our table it hadn’t been lit. It won’t put us off and we will be back as the food was great.

Great food and great service, we booked for 5 but ended up with a party of 7 the food was great and served with a smile....they really couldn't do anymore for you. Highly recommend and we will be returning again very soon

Have been twice for the burgers 2 for 1 and was not disappointed, absolutely lovely meals and great staff highly recommend. Have also been previously and again couldn’t fault the food or the staff. We will continue to dine here even without the offers, well worth the money for what you get

Had heard good things about this place so decided to try it for ourselves. It’s nice to have something like this on our doorstep without having to go in to town. Staff & service were very good and the food is tasty. Overall very good value and they have made a real effort with the interior decor. Shame we got seated right through the back room ( lacked atmosphere)when there was plenty of room in the other two but that was a small point and I’m sure they would have moved us if we had asked. Will definitely return.

Come here for our work christmas meal, the two ladies i spoke to about my booking were extremely helpful, they were very accommodating. Quick polite service from a young man. Gorgeous food and very large portions. Prices reasonable for what you get.

An excellent choice for lovers of American style food. Authentic experience with great tasting food. We had the blooming onion which reminded me of a started I had in Florida in the 80s. It comes with two dips. Great to share. Then we had the beef brisket that came all the way from Texas. Very tender and tasty. I had the Blues Burger with fries and house coleslaw. Superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all a great night out. Recommended. Not suprised they won a recent reward.

We went on a Thursday night, 2-1 Burger offer. Maddy looked after us, and had great customer service,polite and helpful. The food did not dissapoint. We had the smokehouse burger and it melted in your mouth. We will be back
