Generally dissapointed. Came here for my husband's birthday no personal touch's. Lots of things weren't available and staff were rude and pushy. I asked for 2 extra tooth picks with flags on to save arguments from the children to be told they had run out, yet everyone's orders after ours were coming out with them! Then as we left the bill came with 2 sweets when we have 3 children. The staff member was pushy about getting a tip which we didn't give as just felt the £106 We paid was already a waste. To be fair the food was ok although the children's burgers were burnt and they didn't end up eating them.

The place is lovely book a table as last year found out it very hard to get a table as it is very propaler and busy returned this year and food and service are brilliant and big plates of food and worth the money may even go back before going home best place to dine out

Roxanne served us well she was attentative and dealt with our dietary needs well. Excellent food large portions Will definitely return

Absolutely fabulous. My son polished off the triple bypass. Roxanne was amazing funny and assisted with everything. Even dealt with my allergy. Always wanted to go here and finally got there. Well worth it.

Really nice food. So long as you like burgers, steak, ribs etc. then you’ll have a great time here. Food came quickly and staff were very friendly.

Lovely food, best burgers I've tasted in a long time. Friendly staff, very roomy place with good outdoor seating areas as well. Roxanna was very friendly and have us some background to the family run business. Highly recommended.

We visit each time we come to Norfolk and we have just had another delicious meal at the Smokehouse, Ormesby. The staff are attentive, nothing is too much trouble. The burgers are to die for, we are trying a different burger each time to see if there is a favourite, it's proving difficult as they are all delicious and excellent value for money. What you have done with the place during the pandemic is fantastic, you have worked very hard ad we hope everything works out well for you. We'll be back real soon for our next delicious meal.

My visit to the smokehouse Ormesby was a really enjoyable occasion. It was lovely to see how friendly and welcoming the staff were. The whole atmosphere of the venue was excellent and the music tasteful. The service on arriving was first class! The food both choice, quality and value for money was fantastic. The best meal I’ve had for such a long time. Will definitely be retuning.

Visited with my daughter for a afternoon meal, nice choice of food and cocktails (which made me happy) Nicely cooked and enjoyed by both.
