I held my Dad's 90th birthday party here because he had eaten here a few years ago and been impressed then. This time was even better. The Conservatory room was beautifully arranged, very clean and warmed ready for us (it was a cold October day!). The food for the cold buffet was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of dishes (and not the usual buffet fare of chicken wings and pork pies offered elsewhere!), and there was more than enough for the 40 or so guests. The staff were very welcoming and unbelievably accommodating, with nothing too much trouble. They were totally dedicated to making sure the party was a success. The whole event was superb and great value for money. I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone.

I booked through the online service, which was easy and quick, with an immediate email confirmation. On arrival, the staff efficiently showed us to our table and offered drinks. The menu was extensive, and the atmosphere relaxed with background music. The food was excellent and plentiful, and there was no need for desserts. The staff throughout our reservation were attentive to our needs, polite and pleasant. We highly recommend a visit.

The online booking system was easy to use and worked really well. On arrival(our first time) we were nearly half an hour early but staff soon found us a table. The Sunday carvery system was explained well with the plastic discs. There were four types of meat available and I can say the beef and the pork were superb I don't think I have tasted better. A good choice of vegetables all very well prepared. A really good experience, thank you. On departure there was quite a crowd at reception, some entering, others leaving and staff trying to pass through to serve tables. This aspect was a little disappointing and perhaps needs some attention.

The Sunday Carvery was good, as it usually is. Four meats to choose from, plenty of veg and lovely Yorkshire puddings. Only given atmosphere 4 points as it gets very noisy.

I am very sorry that we didnt turn up for our meal. I was so looking forward to it. I was rushed into hospital yesterday. Hopefully when i am well, we will be enjoying your food

Great food in a pleasant atmosphere. The service was great with helpful staff and no issues with parking. Overall very pleased.

Fantastic Sunday Lunch! Such a welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. Carvery was varied and plentiful. Nice and hot. Loved it. Fantastic staff couldn't do enough for us all.

We were delighted with the quality, quantity and presentation of our meals. Overall a good night celebrating our grandson's 18th birthday.

Food is always absolutely gorgeous. I think between me and my family we have tried everything on the menu and cannot fault anything. Oh and WOW for the fish and chips, they are huge. Lovely atmosphere and the staff cannot do enough for you. I have a daughter in a wheelchair and they are so accommodating when seating us. We usually have our Christmas staff night here too and the menu is lush and food again gorgeous. We will be booking for this again for this Christmas too. Thank you Tocketts Mill. Our local favourite place to eat x

Lovely food very welcoming!

Well appointed ambience with goodly sized portions to the nicely cooked food. Just one minor comment though. We all thought that the chair heights were a little too short for the tables.

As always a beautiful meal, staff very attentive and helpful, we're always welcomed and well cared for a highly recommended restaurant thank you for a lovely experience.
