Went for a meal for my daughter's birthday and the food was absolutely amazing, every plate tasted fantastic and the atmosphere was great with fantastic service This is one of my favourite places to eat.

We have known Debbie( front of house) for many years and she always tries her best to make sure you enjoy your meal. Her son is the chef and he is good, his food is different and very tasty, the restaurant is a lovely little place, you won't be disappointed

Try this place at all costs the food is mindblowing cant put into words how good it is

We booked a meal at denmans on Thursday nite for our first visit on recommendation from my son who’s been before and loved everything about it . Lovely cosy room with a nice bar and the lady who greeted us was so friendly . We chose 5 small plates from the 5 for £40 menu and the food was amazing quality ingredients cooked perfectly and very clever presentation.Some of the best food we have ever eaten and cant wait to come back .Highly recommended 5⭐️

Excellent again. Lovely variety of dishes - all well seasoned. Particularly loved the Cod & Lamb dishes this time around.

First time we visited and I’m gutted that we haven’t been before!! Deborah welcomed us at the bar where she made some fantastic cocktails. I had a margarita and my wife had a pornstar martini. Absolutely lovely.’ We then sat down to try the food. We had the squid, bhaji, duck bon bons, belly pork , prawn tacos…i can’t tell you how good they all were!! You have to try this place, we will be back soon!!

Great food and atmosphere, excellent service

This is our favourite restaurant. The food is always delicious with an ever- changing menu to chose from at a reasonable price, served in a welcoming atmosphere.

Well it seems we are the odd ones ! We have been to Demans several times in the past and had great food and service .We went very recently and had a bit of a disaster ! We waited over a hour after picking our dishes , eventually the first dish came which was sour dough with green pesto ! It came with two very small bits of bread and was told that they had ran out of sour dough ! I got the panto prawns which were very good ! Next came my goat curry ( which I was looking forward to ) It was really salty not edible! I advised the front of house and was quite abruptly advised that the next table had eaten it without complaint !! 5 minutes later the lady came back advising that the chef and herself had tasted the curry and it was indeed very salty ! Result , I was right ! I asked what would be quick to cook as we had been there for 2 hours .I went for the Bhaji,s One was ok but the other was burnt. Sorry but will not be returning.

Amazing meal, we tried 7 dishes and they were all delicious. Service was fab.

Stunning every time! Every mouthful was delicious, we couldn't choose so between 4 of us we ordered lots! From the cauliflower and sweet potato to the steak & lobster every dish was a revelation! We have introduced a number of friends who have all loved it! We will keep coming back, local family run and exceptional service! Support local business, they are an absolute joy!

Food was out of this world! Lots of exciting gluten free options and the U5 prawns were the most amazing, meaty and tasty prawns ever tasted, and the sweet potatoes with figs and honey, just delectable. We’ll literally be dreaming about the food. Great service too. This is our favourite restaurant and go to for any special occasion.

A great night had again. The food is top notch and reasonably priced. We will be coming again
