My two daughters and I visited on Sunday gone. We has Cake and Coffee.... Delicious. The Staff were very friendly and the Cats were great fun . The place it's self was comfy and incredibly clean. That's important to me... Well done. The Only Suggestion would be to offer some savory foods to compliment the excellent cake

Thank you Jacksons Cat Cafe for hosting us recently! We went as a book club and there were 11 of us. You kindly put us upstairs so we had it to ourselves and we loved all the cats. You could tell they were well-looked after and cared for. We particularly loved Joey who jumped on our shoulders. There was a great selection of cakes and drinks as well. We'll definitely go back! You do such great work, thanks for having us!

What a magical place! I spent a lazy afternoon relaxing on the sofa, and was joined at various stages by most of the cats, some just passing by, others having a long snooze on the chairs next to me or sitting at the window watching the world go by, and others still (Kami and Joey) choosing to snuggle up to me on my chest or shoulders. Behind me, Patricia – who has the most amazing snore of any cat I have ever come across –was curled up in a corner. What could be better? I should add that the staff (both permanent and volunteers) are very friendly and welcoming, as well as being really knowledgeable about the cats. It's great (and really important too) to hear their insights about the cats and about how this is run. Don't make the mistake of imagining it's just another business out to grab your cash. This is first and foremost a charity, and the money that is raised funds cat care at the rescue centre in Mold. The cats here are all rescues too, many of them with traumatic pasts that you can learn about. To see them all looking so happy and being so sociable now is a tribute to the fabulous work that the rescue centre does. Don't grumble about the prices (which are very reasonable): your money is going to a great cause, and in return you are getting an hour or two of bliss.

Visited for the first time with a group of cat loving friends. We had a lovely relaxing afternoon lounging on the sofas with Jensen sleeping above us. At first we didn't have a lot of feline company but when our coffee and cake arrived cats appeared from every direction. Such fun trying to eat cake with cats trying to swipe it off you. We needed the cake covers. Jensen finally woke up as we were getting ready to leave and happily laid himself out on the back of my friend's neck. A very happy afternoon and the cats are well cared for and very happy. I am now looking for other cat friends to bring but really an excuse to come back. The staff were brilliant too

Visited this lovely cat cafe on a Saturday afternoon. Had cake and coffee. (Vegan options available which was great for me). All staff/volunteers where very nice and answered any questions we had about the cats. So nice to see places like this and it's clear that a lot of hard work is going on to help cats and also to provide a lovely social space for animal lovers. Will definitely visit again.

Lovely place, we were just unfortunate to have a lady that kept coming up and down the aisle waving a ball on a stick at the cats anytime the cats came near us. It meant the cats each time they came near ran off. Not the fault of the cat cafe staff at all just unfortunate for us. Food and drinks were the best I have had in any cafe we have visited. Love the idea of the cat cafe and happy to support the cause. We will definitely return and hope we get to fuss the cats next time.

Great time at the Cat Cafe this morning. If you like cats but can’t keep one of your own this is a must. Whether you want to play with cats or just chill out sitting next to one watching it sleeping. Cafe is well laid out, well organised and the humans well supervised by the cats. 15 cats all super friendly not a claw in sight. Also good coffee and cake. What’s not to like.

I had my first visit to the cafe last week and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were very welcoming and were only too pleased to answer any questions about the cats. All the cats were beautiful, playful and obviously well looked after. It was lovely to see the different personalities of the cats. The cake I had was delicious! I loved the friendly, relaxed atmosphere created by the staff - and the cats! I hope to visit again.

Finally got the chance to come here to have a bite with my husband. Very lovely atmosphere. The cats are very friendly and we had a few get very curious when our cakes were brought out, but the staff does provide covers for your food. To be honest that's part of the charm, I'm a huge cat lover so seeing a bunch of them jump up on the seats or table was perfect for me. The cats are well cared for and I appreciate that there are rules that are put in place to ensure the cats' safety and comfort. The teas and cakes are very nice and are a good value for money. Will definitely be coming back when we get the chance. I think the cat's name is Ellery- but she was very persistent in trying to nab the milk for our tea lol. It was very cute and a very lovely experience.

We visited for the first time and it was lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the cats were very cute and playful. There is a fantastic selection of cakes and drinks, and covers to protect your milk from the a cat swipe. We booked for 3 hours and although we didn’t stay the whole time, it is definitely worth paying the extra to enjoy the atmosphere and the cats personalities. Would definitely recommend a visit. You can ask in the booking notes if you want to sit upstairs, which is a little brighter or on the sofas.

A wonderful visit, we booked for the quiet hour, we had plenty of time to meet the cats and interact with them. We ordered a hot drink each and some cake, the food and drink was very good as was the service.

The cafe is well thought out with double doors to keep the cats safe inside. The volunteer staff are welcoming and helpful. The cats, of course, are the real stars. They are all very friendly and playful. I was glad of the covers provided to save my cake from the cats prowling the table tops on the lookout to steel. The hour passed very quickly. The cakes were delicious, although I would have enjoyed some savoury menu options. I'm happy supporting this worthy charitable venture and love the atmosphere of the cafe.
