Lovely atmosphere and decor, great staff but they were struggling and need more staff waiting at tables. Food was fab and chef open to suggestions (pork belly was amazing). Will definitely be back, but service needs to be slicker. Thank you!

The cafe is lovely and cosy, staff were extremely friendly and informative and we had lots of interaction with the beautiful rescue cats who seemed very happy to be there. Would definitely recommend it!

We both got the celebration package, which gets you a lovely little hand written card, a HUGE birthday cake, a little jar of cat treats, and a nicely decorated table. And let me tell you, the cats KNOW. The minute that birthday rug is put on that table, they swarm. And it’s magical. Trying to eat cake while 10 cats fight you for crumbs is a religious experience . And the atmosphere is so welcoming, the vibes so chill and cozy. It really is great. The staff are so friendly and helpful. And oh my god, THE CATS!! If I could have left there with my coat stuffed with wriggling catnapped kitties, I would have. This is the best cat cafe, definitely come here if you’re looking for a really good day out, I couldn’t recommend it more. I’ll definitely be back soon, thanks!

Staff had organised cat related activities that where not only fun but raised awareness on cat behaviour and cat care. The cats are all very friendly and playful. So much thought has gone into the cafe and sessions eg. Booklets are provided for each table with photos of each cat and their rescue story and journey with Jacksons. The staff are very friendly and happy to chat in more detail about the cats. The cafe is very clean and they have a great menu that caters for allergies. The souvenirs are all personalised to the cats and all proceeds go back into funding for the animals. Definitely recommend!

The difference is clear immediately from entering, the cats are so loved and looked after, and what makes it even better is that they're all rescue cats, who've been given their second chance at happiness. And, they're certainly that. Running around, playing, curling up in feline contentment and allowing visitors to give them love, at their pace. Everyone was so nice and friendly, and the cafe is well set out and clearly run with love and the cats wellbeing at the forefront. We're definitely going to visit again. Thank you for all you do!

There are lots of toys around for them to play with and lots of places for them to chill. The service was great and the coffee & cake was delicious.
