Went here with high expectations. First of all we ordered a pickle tray. The selection of dips were average and the popadoms had been broken in a bowl (Please just leave them whole). We then ordered a mixed grill and after touring many Indians around East Yorkshire this was a first. The mixed grill was like what your would expect from a pizza shop. The chicken drum sticks where coated in a sweet chilli, there chicken was marinated in garlic and the kofta was horrible and tasted like a strong cheese and the lamb chops came with some mint sauce. If I go to an Indian I expected to be marinated in Indian spices and come on a sizzling hot plate. Another one of our party ordered a curry and rated it average, and has upset his stomach for the following 3 day. This was also the most expensive Indian I have been to. Overall this was the worst Indian in Hull that I’ve been to. I don’t take it likely to write a bad review but with poor food and high prices I would definitely give this a wide birth.

Supper before the theatre & we weren’t disappointed. Lots of choice, good beautifully & skilfully presented. The upstairs is great, nice environment. Tasty, slightly different to the norm food, friendly efficient service.

What can I say, the food was absolutely amazing. The Birria tacos were immense!, the elotes were delicious, and the cornbread was something else! Even the chips and dips were just so good. Couldn’t fault it. I’ll definitely be back soon!

We ate at the counter and watched the team work their magic. This team are foody people, hard working and turn out fresh made flavoursome food all night! Well worth a visit!

We came last night for a meal 4 ladies who work together had the all you can eat menu and the food was outstanding staff really friendly and nice excellent value for money would definitely recommend

We opted for the all you can eat and was impressed by the variety of the options. Good options for veggies too. The service was excellent and overall represents a excellent value for money. Would recommend and will be coming back.

Visited last night, the food and service were outstanding. We had the meze which was incredible, Lots of small plates brought out over 2 hours accompanied by a beautiful bottle of white wine. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely evening.

We had high hopes for this place and im pleased to say they delivered! Outstanding food, fabulous service and a chilled, unpretentious vibe. The prawn and banana blossom tacos, coffee cocktail and corn bread were standout highlights of a thoroughly delicious dinner. Thanks for a great meal!

Quirky little restaurant in the Old Town. Sat at the ad by the open kitchen. Great experience took .e back to the days of chef mastering the kitchen. There he was shouting at the orders with the assistants replying yes chef. Six people working in a bust!ing kitchen and it was worth waiting for. Different to the Mexican food I have previously experienced and have been to mexico. Flavour some,fresh and vibrant. Great place and staff will be going back.

The whole experience was excellent. The spicy margarita was lovely! We had the lamb birria and it was so tasty! The cactus paddle was delicious. 1st class service. We will be back

So good, one of the best dining experiences of my life. Every dish we choose just kept getting better and better. We will definitely be coming back again.
