Came here to celebrate my birthday, staff were super attentive, Adam especially was wonderful, lots of chat, food delicious and decor great. The salad bar had plenty of choice and yummy unusual salads and the steak was delicious

Had another fantastic evening at Food For Cowboys. The food is delicious with really unique ingredients and flavours, so tasty! Special mentions go to the banana blossom tacos, the maple corn ribs and the (appropriately dirty!) deep fried cherry pie! The staff are lovely, very attentive and friendly. The upstairs restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere playing Latin music at a volume that still allows conversation and the decor makes you feel like you're in a Mexican cantina. The drinks also deserve a mention with a great selection of cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines and soft drinks all complimenting the menu perfectly. A gem in Hull's culinary scene!

We went here for my 60th birthday celebrations. Service, food, atmosphere and whole experience was exceptional. We all enjoyed it.

Went for the first time for a wedding anniversary meal. Had the all you can eat menu. Really good value and all cooked fresh for you. Had a wonderful evening and will be back.

I ate here for the first time on Saturday and absolutely LOVED it! I had a friend visiting from out of town and I felt proud to show her such an incredible place in Hull. The service and food were excellent and I really appreciated how much variation there was in no-alcohol cocktails too! I'll definitely be back.

We book for an afternoon lunch , greeted by the staff , drinks were ordered and starts , the main meals were order at the same time , staff explained what each item was and proceed with order . The starts came , very tasty and large amounts , for us ,then the main s , absolute delicious , lamb was so tender and the sea food , will go again

This is the second time we have tried Food for Cowboys and it was just as good as the first time. The food was fantastic, the service and ambience great, I would thoroughly recommend this gem of a restaurant to everone.

Some of the best food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Great service as well. Upstairs can get a bit loud but wouldn’t mark it down, the main thing is the food is incredible and Hull is lucky to have this place.

The food was fantastic, we have been to their other location in Hull before and wanted to try the sit down restaurant this time. We were not disappointed!

Visited for the first time and had a lovely meal. The choice of food was amazing and we took advantage ordering a wide selection of small plates, followed by tacos. Staff were friendly and helpful. We spent a long time eating and did not feel rushed to leave. Would definitely come back again.
