Went for dinner as a party of 4 before going to the theatre. Celebrated my daughter’s 19th birthday who was made to feel so special with cake singing and a cocktail. Staff were brilliant. Food was good. Areas all looked clean Thanks guys

Clean tidy good environment friendly staff.food is good alot to choose from.only thing to moan about is kids running around like a play ground screaming shouting,other than that you get what you pay for

Took Mother-in-law for Mother’s Day very disappointed wasn’t much choice on the carvery section, no kebab, mainly Chinese food which was average at best

Food was great, always hot and plenty of it, no choice was ever empty, staff were always happy to help. But it was very busy and unfortunately people don’t seem to have any respect for other dinners, that’s just my opinion

Had a lovely meal with lots of choices. Nice and hot and very tasty. Nice to see everything clean and tide even toilets very respectable. Staff on hand at all times We’ll definitely be booking again

The main food was very nice and a good selection of it, the Indian section was empty when I went up, the dessert let the night down, felt like some of it was still frozen as I could taste the ice when I bit into it. Also the customer next to us were making a scene and it was kind of embarrassing

We came to spoons on Saturday 2nd March, the food was not the best compared to previous times we’ve been. The food just didn’t taste as good as it has been from last experience but apart from that everything was ok

First experience of spoon last night, for a 22nd family birthday. Great food and great atmosphere, definitely be going again soon

After reading poor reviews on route we had concerns. We arrived and were met at reception by a female staff member wearing a hat who was not warm or welcoming . That aside we were booked for 5.20 and found all the food to be fresh and delicious and could not fault the food at all. The other staff member were friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful evening

We arrived early about (20) mins and asked if we could come in. The staff said yes no problem at all. We paid and was take to our table, waiting staff seamed nice and made eye contact when taking us to our table. The food its self was lovely! Everything was hot, looked fresh and there was lots of full dishes. We did book for 3:30 so maybe not so busy then. The waitress collecting our plates was also very polite asking as we finished. All in all a good meal. Okey price would definitely go again

Unfortunately it's going to be a negative review. We arrived to a member of staff who looked very unhappy and was not overly polite. Once seated we went to get food, but the majority of trays were empty. Asked how long it would be to be shut down and told when it's out. The food it's self was not to bad. Unfortunately won't be returning

I had high expectations of this place, food was good for a buffet place but the customer service is so bad. The waiters are always taking your plates while you are still eating, so we always felt rushed to eat and go.

Was expecting so much more considering the price. Staff looked miserable, main lady at the front desk was rude. For the food quality I would have paid £12. Nearly £20 each for what we got is WAY too much! A lot of improvement needed. The poor waiting staff need to be treated much better by the managing staff as then they might have a reason to smile.
