How many Cash or card Stand there... that's the extent of your customer service. Food was very basic Soft drinks where very cheap copy versions of the named brands Staff and food services, had absolutely no interest in customers or there jobs. Finished with some staff member coming to our table saying "we close at 9pm so basically finish up. You got the foundations for something good. PICK IT UP AND SORT IT OUT.

Food was hot and reasonably fresh, service from the staff especially on arrival was poor. The lady serving drinks was so very rude, no eye contact, given dirty glasses, rushed so much she didn’t get even the order correct. The whole system of payment on arrival creates a queue of people and most having to wait outside, even if you’ve booked a table. The draught created from the door being held open by the queue was horrendous. There are no clear path ways to carry your good do you end up holding your plate up over diners to get back to your table. Disappointing to be honest and won’t return.

Saturday lunch visit. Reservation process easy, staff friendly and polite. Food was a bit hit and miss with regards to warmth. The gammon was lovely but the sprouts were cold and hard. The pizza was cold most of the rice dishes were hot but again hit and miss with the meat selections. Taste wise was very nice just not warm enough.

Attended on Sunday lunchtime as a family of 4, they had run out of lots of items and apart from the Chinese selection the rest of it was cold due to not being replenished where it obviously wasn’t eaten. Catch 22 situation because you didn’t want to eat cold food! Chinese food was nice but a lot of money for a Chinese buffet.

Good range of food (though not a lot of vegetarian/vegan options) and very tasty. Fabulous to be able to get food quickly and cater for all the family. Nice friendly atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.

Variety of delicious food . My family always enjoy it. Staff are friendly and helpful. Buffet is valued for money . I always recommend it to everyone .

We came to spoons for my daughter's 12th birthday we found spoons absolutely awesome the atmosphere was lovely it was clean all the staff were polite and all had smiles on their faces and the food was all to die for and cooked to perfection definitely will be coming back again very soon

Had a fantastic bottomless brunch at The Moloko on Saturdays the service was brilliant, drinks were replenished as soon as we had finished one and the food was fab! We will definitely be returning soon!!

Visited one Sunday late morning for bottomless brunch. There was conflicting menus which had been shown previously, no mocktails (previously stated there was) cocktails served with incorrect garnish, no toilet roll in the ladies after informing staff twice, food was delicious, slow service, live music ended and the atmosphere went too. We were the only ones left so headed to another bar with background music.

The perfect spot for bottomless brunch for birthday celebrations. We were very well looked after, great service, staff and food! We will definitely be returning!
