Loved the food, service and ambiance of the Pheasant. Very busy pub with plenty of well behaved dogs adding to the homely feel. Only in Keswick 2 days. We ate there both nights.

A cozy pub with great food and drinks! The chicken pie with tarragon sauce was amazing and the sticky toffee pudding the best we’ve had so far on our journey through the UK!

Enjoyed our visit to The Pheasant. Food was excellent and the pub is obviously popular with locals and tourists alike. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Rainy Sunday so booked a table at the pheasant. Great atmosphere and great food, we both had the roast beef which was cooked beautifully. Very busy so you need to book. Would definitely go back there. Staff were very attentive.no complaints.

Fantastic home cooking at great value. Visited again - usually have the venison bourguignon, so good. But last night the Lamb Shoulder Henry - absolutely amazing - tender, moist and enormous - and only £22 - just amazing. Has to be the best food in Keswick.

This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. Generous portions of home cooked local food. Make sure you book in advance!

I booked on Wednesday for an evening meal on Thursday. Just as well as it was very busy. As usual the food and staff were very good.

From start to finish we scored it 10, very polite and friendly front of house staff, the food was superb, you must try the lamb Henry it's simply the best.

We love the Pheasant…have eaten here loads over the years. Excellent pie as always..but very tough slow cooked lamb shoulder. After 3 mouthfuls we told the team; and we were refunded 50%. If we are honest, don’t think that was a great response. We’ll think carefully before returning.

We regularly eat and drink at the Pheasant Inn: you can’t go wrong reallyS the staff look after you, the food is great.

We revisited the pheasant Inn while staying in Keswick and was not disappointed always has a great menu and specials board food excellent lovely atmosphere great value.
