Bit of a wait for the table but staff kept us informed. Food was excellent. Good sized portions and fairly priced.

Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamFirst time visiting and wont be the last, took our 16yr old nephew for his birthday and he ordered the tomahawk steak 32oz, being a budding rugby player from north Yorkshire, he smashed it!!!! And is planning his next visit to the Lancashire family !!!! The fries are out of this world, the brisket is melt in the mouth, the ribs divine, you name it, its topped hickory's, the menu is simple and not overwhelming, but still loads to choose from!!!! To the owner, tha ks for mMing boss birthday a little more special with the gift, he cant wait to visit again xxx

Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamExtremely disappointing, long wait to be seated and to order food. Was told that there was no brisket or sausage, not too big a deal, so we ordered something else. Asked for starters and mains to come together, again another long wait only for everything to come out at different times. My mushrooms were cold and needed sending back. The mains were ok, nothing special. The burger was not eaten, this could be because my daughter just didn’t like it. My son ordered a dessert which appeared very over priced, £9.50 for some mini doughnuts. Again very long time before it arrived. The bill came and I don’t mind paying £123 for a meal, but £123 for a meal that was not enjoyed by anyone is a lot money. No apologies and overall not a nice experience, would NEVER return
Henry’s Smokehouse – Kirkham6:30 booking. By 7pm we had just got our drinks. 7:15 ordered food which did not appear until 7:50! Seemed very understaffed, food terribly slow… especially for an early sitting with a teen. Food was lovely when it arrived but wouldn’t visit again due to wait times. We were told it would be 30 mins for food but did not expect to have to wait 45 mins to order it!!
Henry’s Smokehouse – KirkhamArrived for a pre booked table and advised to get a drink at the bar. Clearly had been busy due to a local football game. Took sometime to take our orders when at our table. The food was fantastic with great portion sizes when arrived.

The Kingfisher – KirkhamAbsolutley dreadful. We arrived at 7.05, for a 7.15 booking. We were told to get drinks and wait while our table was being prepared. More than happy with this, we paid for our drinks and looked at the menu. At 7.15 our table was ready, we sat down, was told the hallloumi and sausage was off the menu, everything else was on, again all fine. 30 minutes later, we are still sat there, drinks empty, waiting for someone to take our order. One of our party goes to the bar to check if it is table service?, it is. They get someone to take our order. Done. 45 meals by and we see no food! We are miserable and hungry, we are out to celebrate my sons birthday. We decide at this point to up and leave.

Buraq – KirkhamOnly our second time here and bought some friends for lunch all our meals were lovely and tasty and the service was very good would definitely recommend this pub and we will be coming back soon,
