Went for tea on Christmas Eve first time we’ve done this & it turned out to be a great idea as the staff were amazing really friendly & very good at their jobs. Felt lovely & cosy in there & could have stayed there all night. Lovely Christmas Eve.

Lots of choice here. I was spoilt for choice on starters and mains. Staff are very pleasant and very attentive. This pub offers good food and great value for money. We will be returning soon.

We didn’t enjoy our visit. It was freezing and we ate our lunch with our coats on . The fish and chips was mostly greasy batter , very little fish . The chicken tikka wasn’t edible , flat bread was limp and greasy .The steak and ale pie was very very salty . We won’t be back

My granddaughter and I Really enjoyed the experience. The food was really tasty, the service excellent and it was nice and warm in the pub too.

Another great time at the Kingfisher, had drinks with friends and afterwards we had a nice meal and as always it was lovely, great atmosphere and great staff !! Maaarvalous !!

We were made to feel welcome when stepped in through the door. We were shown to our table promptly and within minutes our server was with us. We took a few minutes to order our food and drinks and had eyed up the desserts. The food was of good quality and a really good helping. The staff were all excellent and in the end had no appetite left for a dessert.

Service was good and the staff were great the food was good but my Berger warm not not hot but over all very good.

Have to totally disagree with Paul F. I've been going to the Buraq for years. The food was excellent as was the service as usual. Good job I'd booked a table (6pm) as it was really busy.

Lovely atmosphere, great polite, helpful and friendly staff and food was amazing. We went as a group of 6 ladies, been several times before and will definitely go again.

Absolutely terrible warmed up tasteless food. Nice people but avoid its shocking. These reviews are either false or people must eat their Indian food from tins to say its good. Avoid.

Excellent dining experience. I booked for 9 people and we ended up as 13, this was not a problem for the staff. Very happy to accommodate. Food was excellent as always, The people who had not visited before have all said they will return. Could not fault anything.

The Christmas meal we had on the 6th December was not up to standard. The turkey came as a roll encircled with fat and about 6mm thick. The pigs in blankets was not cooked the bacon was raw There were no roast potatoes, they seemed boiled with a very light hint of seeing an oven. The sprouts were rock hard and the beans were tough. The six people in the party agreed that the meal was not good . They have never seen Turkey presented as it was.

Enjoyed our evening, good service ,good food . Will be going back.

We have been to the Kingfisher on a number of occasions recently and have enjoyed it every time, which is why we will keep returning.
