Great staff, very welcoming defo will come again

Absolutely exquisite food, beautifully presented and full of flavour, would recommend this restaurant 100% and all of the staff are very attentive, the hotel is located in a beautiful setting and the rooms are tastefully appointed.

Food was incredible & great value for money. Staff were attentive but not overly so. Considering it was Valentine's day was very quick. We would definitely be coming back for more

Had a lovely afternoon tea for mums 80th. Had a special connection bringing mum as her Uncle was Eric Dunkerley who used to own the house before it became a hotel ! Food was fabulous and staff were very attentive. Would recommend and will return again, probably for tea and cake , very soon . Thank you for all you did.

Amazing food, amazing quality, amazing service, went above and beyond

This voucher was bought as a gift for me. We had never been to mere court hotel before . My first issue on the day was no disabled parking near the doors. I had to push my mum in wheelchair to hotel over ramps on the drive. At no point whilst I was trying to get into hotel etc did anyone come out to help me get her up the few steps. After that we were greeted on reception and showed to a side room in the restaurant. It was lovely and warm and the waitress( a woman with long brown hair in pony tail ) was delightful. Went above and beyond. Even complemented my mum on her knitted cardigan as she was a avid crochet girl she said! The food was beautiful and the breads soft. Plenty of choice. Great for my mum especially. . Our request of no seafood or fish was met too. All in all, apart from the car park being away from hotel down a drive, this was a lovely place. Clean, staff smart, food was delightful and we had a lovely afternoon. Compliments to the waitress who went above and beyond to talk to us . She’s an asset to your team. Thank you.

Very disappointed with our takeaway meal! Phoned to ask if they would be able to do a a takeaway as I'm self isolate due to undergoing treatment and it was our anniversary and was told that everything they do a the restaurant they could do and it would just like eating in but unfortunately it would be at full price as they couldn't give us the 50% off Eat out to help out" Not a problem it was our anniversary and I've eaten there several times before so I was happy with it. How wrong I was! We ordered Giant prawns with garlic oil - £8.95 we received 4 small prawns the size of a 10p piece with no garnish. Each prawn cost £2 (get bigger prawn at the Chinese takeaway) Pulpo with potatoes - £9.95 we received 8\9 thin small pieces of Pulpo (around half of a small Pulpo tentacle) although we did get quite a bit of potato! Each small piece of Pulpo cost £1 Meat balls - £6.75 we received 4 small meat balls (size of large marble) in sauce very nice but not at that price. Each cost £1.69 no garnish Marinated chicken skewers- £7.50 we received 4 skewers with 4 pieces of chicken and some veg no garnish was very tasty but unfortunately around 4 middle pieces were still uncooked! No good Goat cheese croquettes we received 3 croquettes very nice and small no garnish either. Each cost £1.75 Last but not least Pudding Almond cake 2 X £5.50 very thin slices (did take pictures but can't put on) thinner the a 2 finger kit kat to give you idea! Very upsetting as we couldn't anything as we live to far away and it was our anniversary. Meal came to £57.05 so please avoid!

The place I meet the girls. More than just a lovely restaurant. We have drinks in the lounge and use the spa. Very relaxing with friendly and professional staff.

Right from the moment you enter the premises you are greeted with a genuine smile and warm heartfelt welcome. Service is fast and food is of the highest quality. You really get a feeling that you are eating authentic Spanish food. All the 10 dishes we ordered tasted just right! All washed down with a perfect jug of sangria. Definitely will come again and recommend to friends.... Hakan

Top notch all round venue. Hotel, spa and restaurant. Great place for a meeting . Stayed for lunch afterwards and very much enjoyed my open smoked salmon sandwich. Next time spa and dinner!

Wow what a fabulous place!

What an amazing restaurant. The food is amazing a way head of its time. The Thali s. are sublime. And the service. Is so professional you can't fault it. The is very Indian . Colourful just love it . My new favourite restaurant in the whole wide world. On my doorstep.

Excellent great value tapas lunch only £10.95 for 3 dishes. Right in the heart of Knutsford.

Enjoyed a great meal here on Saturday. Would recommend it. Not from the area but found it on Sugarvine whilst on a trip.

I love eating in your restaurant it is a very place to meet friends I come there a lot.

Very attentive staff, superb sea bass ,lovely homely pub.

Lovely food. Partner loved the black pudding, I loved the Crispy Duck salad - wonderful, unusual flavours. Nice friendly family pub with possibly the youngest waiter in the North, Theo (aged 9 or so). Very helpful and hard working! What a great place, will definitely go again.
